Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lake Township

I don’t like making bad reviews because I myself work in the food industry and understand how hard it can be sometimes but it was only 1 car ahead of me & myself in the drive-thru, with 3 working employees. The service here is disappointing . I ordered around 10pm, I had ordered a dozen of donuts & 2 hot coffee. I live 4 min away, once I got home I noticed I only received 10 donuts, not the dozen I had ordered. I ordered mix & they gave us 4 of the same donut ( Old Fashioned) & 3 of the same donut ( Glazed Chocolate ) leaving us with only 3 mix donuts out of 10!! We called & the young lady said she took our order and she knows how many donuts she had put with an attitude, seriously? I wouldn’t call just to argue over 2 missing donuts but it’s more upsetting that I had mentioned mixed & it’s not what I had asked for. She never handed us a receipt & told us without the receipt she can’t do anything, but she took our order and remembered us ? It hadn’t been past 10 min so I don’t see why she couldn’t do anything about it. The donuts are never fresh anymore. Came in to buy an iced coffee and decided to inquire about a job position seeing as their were flyers all over the place stating to apply inside. The girl at the counter seemed bothered that I even mentioned I was intrested in a job. She claimed they werent accepting applications in store but that I could apply online if I wanted. When I said I already had placed an application online and wanted to talk to a manager to inquire further she goes on to say the manager never comes into that location. Seeing that she was obviously lying I got the attention of one of the other employees working there and asked when could I speak to somebody incharge and he was quick to say that I could come early in the morning the next day. After thanking him for providing me with some information I took a seat only to over hear the two employees I spoke with laughing about how they didn't want any new people to work there. Worse service by Viviana we experienced last night. I went to get ice cream with my 5 kids and boyfriend. As we walked in she said that the register at the front was not working that the only register working was the one in the drive thru! My boyfriend asked Viviana “do you mean to tell me that I have to go out and walk through the drive thru to give you my order? Because we walked here” Viviana didn’t hesitate and said yes that’s what you would have to do! 😶 I was speechless to hear her say that. So my boyfriend and I looked at each other like this lady had to be joking so we told her so since that drive thru register is working do you mean to tell me that you can’t walk over there to charge for our order?!?!
