I just received some very rude service for a mistake the staff made by not reading my online order correctly. The same online order I use EVERYTIME when ordering at this location with NO ISSUES. Instead of taking accountability and fixing my order the guy at the window attempted to blamed me until I showed him my order on the phoneđ. And I pointed out the drink was missing cold foam that was clearly stated on the paper attachedđ. This sucks because this location did have good service until I came across this rude, and confrontational man. He fixed my order with a lot of attitude and then sent an another man to hand me my order back. I thanked the gentleman and left. After a long overnight flight, I stopped in for a simple orderâonly to get home and realize my sandwich was missing. I drove 10 minutes back, and when I explained what happened, the staff responded with, âYeah, we know,â handed me the food with a smirk, and didnât say a single wordâno apology, no acknowledgment.
