Case # 10001165 I am disappointed...First off your manager, Veronica. Gave me the wrong phone number to Call..... check the email.... then when I ginally had to track you down ... I called...and guess ... why yes, I was in the wrong ... her girl gave decalf, even though I said it tasted like regular..they did give a new cup...e With a faulty lid snd the coffee spilt on my had...leaving area mark and hot...also she fixed the lid and I went to put it my cup holder and the lid popped off, burning my fingers...... the cup was defected!! The lid was kinda bent outward..... So when I complained about the employees more attention, what did I get.....Vernica telling me they did everything rite! And, if I had any recipient from doctor hospital to bring them in for a claim! I asked for her tell her employees to please pay attention ..... and I her get smart-mouth me about the burns! I never said they severe..... I said they hurt...and they red! And, I guess I was not worthy enough to get a new cup!....the girl had to of noticed lid and cup problem second time around!!! I spend anout $50 a week at dunkin and don't ask for much.... just my decalf coffee being correctly labeled and a lid that fits...and, I guess that I am asking for too much......for Veronica to handle. Read moreHorrible experience. There were two girls working at around 9pm. No one greeted us. We waited at the register for about 10 minutes before we asked if anyone was available to take our order. One girl was at the window, the other is wiping tables. The girl wiping tables said “can you give her a min?” & she called the girl from the window. When the girl from the window came by, she didn't ask or say anything, she just stared at me waiting for me to say my order. I told her what I wanted and she just charged me & started my order, again not saying a word. While my mom and sister waited to order, another customer walked in and the girl from the lobby took her order before attending my mom and sister who were next in line. We told the girl who was working the lobby that my sister and mom were next and she said “hold on,” and continued to help the other customer without acknowledging us. At this point we were fed up and I told them to cancel my order and issue me a refund. They both got super defensive and started saying why are we giving them attitude for no reason. At the end of all this, we went to the place next door for our ice cream and when we passed through again, the girl working the window flicked us off as we walked past the store. Read moreI’m not for sure if the store manager or whom ever read these reviews but people are not taking out the time just to write negative comment if they haven’t experience it. This place really is the worst place to go 11-11-18. I was in the drive thru line and sat there for 10 minutes and it wasn’t moving at all decided to park and go in and the line is out the door. There were 2 workers that was getting off Twitter and just left not trying to help to get the line down inside as well as outside.Now I’m still waiting get to the register order a large coffee and still had to wait on that. The young lady that was making the coffees act like she really didn’t wanted to be there you have another young lady filling up the donuts which that could’ve waited til they got they line Down. The 3 that was working the drive thru was playing and cursing at one another LOUD. I been coming to this location for a minute and every time I come the service SUCKS. Never have i gotten anything decent at this location and the only reason I come here because its convenient. The young ladies is very rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional.
