Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lake Township

The coffee was just ordered and the breakfast sandwich was delicious. I was with my dad and we decided to eat in (it never happens). So more people started to come in and at the same time i think it was shift change. One of the employees came out to dinning area and started to wipe down the table with his hands, and picking up chairs placing them on thw table. It looked like the place was going to close. I was paying attention to the customers ( call it what you want) and they looked like they wanted to sit and dine in too. But with all the chairs up on the tables, they couldn't. Then the employee started to sweep to the point that one customer was waiting on food order and felt the dirt getting on him that he had to move. I told the employee r you closing, he's like no, but if i don't clean right i get in trouble. I was yeah, but people want to sit and you are sweeping on all the dirt on the customer. And the customers were "pos si" and left. I was that's wrong, i will talk to your manager. And let them in know. But my dad was like "deja los no digas nada, mejor vamonos" so we left. Never again will i come to...

After reading the reviews and my personal experience, this has to be the worst dunkin location i have visited. The problem is the wait time, the employees not acknowledging the customer and the rude attitute. Arianna took my order in the drive thru, i heard her said "go head", so i start my order then she yells "hold on", she made me wait, no apology, then i head to the window and i see her taking her sweet time. Comes to the window no words spoken just attitude, she did not apologize, did not greet me, did not say my total, did not say thank you. Nothing. My caramel iced crazed latte does not taste right. I will not return to this location.

I also tried doing the survey to let them know my experience but my survey code does not work and I can't get the "Store (PC)" correct. Hopefully people read reviews before...

i neverrr ever write reviews but jesus christ. girl working drive thru was clearly on the phone as she was taking my order. she was laughing and kept making me repeat myself. it was a simple two coffee order and when i asked if she can repeat my order for me she scuffed. at the window she was still on the phone and i told her she was missing a drink and she told me i never ordered that when i did. she slammed the window on me as she rang it up when i had barely said a word. she rolled her eyes a ton and kept talking on the phone and laughing right in front of me too??? i get there’s teens working here and all but come on man. it happened in june and i seriously haven’t been back since then. it baffled me how disrespectful that whole interaction was when it...
