Langosta Nayarita #2 — Restaurant in Lake Township

I’ve been coming here since it was El Congrejo. The food is still good, and the prices aren’t ridiculous. However, I feel charging gratuity for 1 or 2 people is ridiculous. My waitress had to be called twice, she didn’t come check on us. Then when I did call her, both times I was told to give her a minute despite us being the only customers in the restaurant (she was sweeping the closed side of the restaurant). I waited over 10 minutes til I called her AGAIN, and she still didn’t come right away. This is what happens when restaurants start doing automatic gratuity charges, the waitress will no longer care for customers because they’re automatically getting a tip. I was going to leave her a $6 (and that was pushing it seeing as she’s wasn’t around), and I ended up tipping almost $10 based on our total. That’s pathetic!! Well, first of all, I arrived and the waitress suggested me to try chapuzon, it came out salty and I sent it back. I had my fish and was better then, I ordered mojarra to carry out. When I opened the container it was burned out and my mom told me that she would not eat it. I called and got it remake it. The problem here is the cook, he keeps cooking wrong and I had enough. I was so mad about my to go order. I don't think I would return for the same issue. Thanks for your assistance. I just found out on top of adding the tip, for a single customer I got charge extra fee. This is outrageous and abusive....

Woot! Woot! I found a great seafood place at reasonable prices! The ambiance felt like an escape from the city to a vacation destination. I love the decor and everything was so clean. The food we ordered was excellent! This is a BYOB, which we didn't know...but we look forward to returning with our own cervezas! * Please note there is a gratuity added to all parties of 4 or more.*

It's a beautiful place to get away and pretend you are vacationing in Mexico!...
