McDonald's — Restaurant in Lake Township

I went thru the drive thru 1 ask for 2 mc double and I said the 2 and is free. And the girl said the 2nd one is $1.00 so I said ok then I Ordered a double filet-o-fish, I then asked for a 10pc. Chicken nuggets w/ sweet and sour souce and 2 apple pies. I paid went to 2 and window ask the guy if the Filet-O-Fish with a double because that's what I wanted that's what I ordered then he said it will be $1.50 more I said that's ok asked me to pull over park and wait then he said he would come out and bring me my order and give me my change. Ok the wait is short np. I get home and this is what I got 1 double filet-o-fish w just the Nickel size splash of tartar sauce I got one double cheeseburger instead of the two McDoubles that I ordered I also got the 10-piece chicken nugget but no sweet and sour sauce. So I call the manager said ok we got the double fish right yeah but only bc I asked and that I only paid for I mc double but got a double cheeseburger?? She say is almost the same thing. I told her that I was up set bc it's not just one thing it's 3 things and to do a better job on getting the order correct. Ain't nothing like getting home to fine a big disappointment. I order with Uber eat for a delivery and my child happy meal was missing an apple juice and my child cheese burger had no meat! Yes the meat was missing on the cheese burger just two buns and a cheese and I also order another apple juice and I didnt receive that either. I also was missing a medium coke and even though I went with the Uber app. I know that wasn’t a delivery issue that definitely was a McDonald issue. I called and received a manager who couldn’t hear me after I told her I had items missing and the meat was missing from my child cheeseburger and hung up on me. I called back to receive the same person who said they were very busy explained my problem again and said I need to reach out to Uber and I advised that’s all I needed. I explained to her I know they may be busy but hurt the most was the child meal was the one affected in all this and she should definitely talk to her employee. The was she hung up and not cared was just very disrespectful and this McDonald’s has again failed to check their meals to make sure each item is received and in the bag twice now but...

Today is Wednesday July 23rd time 2:40 pm Every time I come to this McDonald's it's always a problem. I order a 6 piece nuggets a 6 a (snack wrap meal add onion add tomatoes) they hand me my food im checking before I drive off. Ma'am are there onions on this She says if that's what you ordered it's on there So I open it and say where are the onions she mumbles under her breath I say I didn't hear you she says it again and then someone else comes to the window and says it's on there. So I pull off I look in the bag no chicken nuggets I look at the wraps no onions I go back to the window for her to tell me I didn't pay for any nuggets and if I want them I have to drive back around or come in. My son in the car and you have at least 15 cars to the street and you telling me I have to go back around? I walk back to my car pull over get out go in and ask for the manager.
