I was coming here for a door dash order and along placing there order I placed mine. I was a car with 2 separate orders. My order had everything and the door dash order was missing a 6pc chicken tender so the customer asked me to return to McDonald’s I had already approached her destination. So I did and I was asked to park in which I did after I had already waited 15 minutes in the drive thru the first time so after another 15-20 minutes of being parked I went to go knock at there drive thru window (it was after 10pm and there lobby was closed) and they said they had already took it out yet I didn’t receive anything so they then had realized that my door dash order was given to the wrong car. I called the customer once again now this is the 3rd time of me trying to get this order RIGHT and she asked to please wait one more time for her order in which I did again and she also asked to check her order. I got the order and checked and the chicken tenders were still not in there and at this point I kinda lost it because my 1 year old was in the car crying because she was tired and this was suppose to be my last order and I should have been home an hour ago. I go up to window and tell them that the tenders are not in there again and all there employees are saying that they did put it in there and trying to make it seem like I’m just sitting there waiting for them just to get free tenders or something. Now remember I placed my own order as well so why would I be in my dashers food bag and by now my personal food is cold because I was waiting to be home so I could sit down and eat so I can feed my baby too so I ask them to refund me for my personal order and I’m not sure how but the manager thought I was asking to refund the dashers money which I wasn’t saying that and she continued to think that and yes the dashers order was over 30 dollars and she was saying she wasn’t going to refund the dashers food because it was over 30 dollars and still I wasn’t asking about there order to be refunded and I was asking for mine but, I thought to myself like you won’t refund 30 dollars of food back because it will look bad on your shift to have given that much money back but you can’t give the proper service for those 30 plus dollars. They were still standing on that the tenders were in the bag and they weren’t and it just a shame that they have no structure and I waited over an hour and still wasn’t given my money back and the manager who’s suppose to carry more experience and have more common sense had no clue either she was just going by what the crew was saying so then I knew she wasn’t up there with them because of the questions she was asking them like “did y’all put the tenders in there” crew “yes” manager “they said they put in there.” And that’s all she could say. Never coming here again DoorDash or any of these food delivering apps should not 3rd party with McDonald’s at all its just a shame of how many mistakes they make back to back. I'll wait it out. As soon as the lady came over the speaker, more bad news. They are not serving any soft drinks. Only orange and fruit punch. Ok, I said. No biggie. I ordered my food for myself and girlfriend. Then proceeded to wait for 20 minutes for it. Twenty minutes for a big Mac and quarter pounder. I thought to myself, this better me the best damn burger I've ever had at McDonald's to be waiting 20 for. Well it wasn't. Ok, they could redeem themselves with the big Mac. Nope. It was over flowing with Mac sauce that it was inedible. Seriously, there was more sauce than beef patty. I had so many opportunities to skip this place,but against my better judgement I didn't. So please do yourself the favor and keep driving past. Skip the Wendy's next door too because that's hit or miss.
7/5/19 update After being closed for a few weeks for "remodeling" I decided to stop by and eat in. I thought, "they remodeled the building, possibly the staff was remodeled as well.". Nope. Same rude managers in place. Staff is friendly, even the lady pushing and pushing every customer to use the new fangled self order kiosks. Tables were semiclean. Had to repeatedly ask to have the table cleaned. Would of sat elsewhere, but there are few seating options that are wheelchair friendly. Ordered the new mozzarella chicken sandwich, but instead received a sandwich with a beef patty. When I approached the manager on duty, she pretty much placed the blame on me. Comical. How could I be to blame? She reluctantly had the sandwich remade. And threw the box at me, saying "check if it's right this time." Extremely unprofessional. Read moreI ordered the Grilled Artisan Meal and a Double Filet Meal. At the speaker, we said we wanted the Double Filet meal FRESH and without CHEESE. I also asked for fresh fries. When we got to the window and paid for the order, I saw the receipt. It said WELL DONE on both the Double Filet meal and the Grilled Artisan. She also did not put NO CHEESE on the order, so I made sure to remind her to please tell the kitchen people not to add cheese to my sandwich to which she said, “Okay.” When we got our food, I saw that my sandwich had cheese on it. I went inside and the first manager that saw me asked me what was wrong with my food. I explained to her that I wanted my food FRESH not WELL DONE to which she said, “Well done IS fresh.” I’ve been in the food industry for 5 years, I know for a fact that WELL DONE and FRESH are 2 different things. I was a manager at McDonald’s 2 years ago, when someone wants an item fresh you don’t put WELL DONE, you put SPECIAL REQUEST. I let her know I also didn’t want cheese on my sandwich so of course I had to wait a few minutes for it which is fine, but it should have been done correct the first time.
