Naty's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Township

Been going here since I was 9 & ive eaten in & ordered here for years I even know a person who worked there before

Pros: Pizza is hit or miss if you like mass amounts of cheese & loads of grease ( flavor wise ) to me I grew up on Natys pizza so I don't mind Everyone I invited here states it's unique for pizza for sure & will fill you up you wont leave half empty with the pizza from here It's a chill place to eat & they stay open really late all year they have a lot on the menu to choose from

Cons: overpriced for the portions & size the pizza has drasticly changed over time in regards to size a party size is way to small here loads of shady people who vist to say the least people dine here so the place gets lots of shady people the place needs drastic renovation the tile is cracked & the tables have loads of marks and chips etc the reason nothing has changed is due to no one saying anything hardly any one complains those who do fall on faint ears there rude customer service & impatient at that not all but some place always looks unorganized & not as clean as most pizza dine ins wait time is to long for the food unless you're cool with the people who work there don't expect fast service I've been told the owner has a lavish life style & it shows lots of new cars & trucks etc when he shows up so profit over quality is present here they drag on orders & if you call you'll be told it's on its way if not you get an impatient answer not all who work there are rude to be honest just some I've been told the drivers who deliver have a harsh pay & drasticly need tips they aren't paid well & sometimes are robbed on a monthly basis when out on delivery which sadly happens to many pizza places Overall I grew up on Natys food the burgers arent to bad the slices are overpriced but big slices it depends on your tolerance but the pizza isn't bad maybe not cooked well but unique I recomend to try it once but only dine in since ordering when you live far away is gonna be stressfull...

Today is June 6th, 2021, I ordered a Party Size Pizza, (2) 2 Liters, Fries, Onion Rings, and Jalapeño Poppers. I called just after 9pm, I waited until 10:40 or so when I called to cancel my order. Unfortunately, because I purchased it on my CC they did not want to cancel my order claimed they could not reverse the charge. The driver finally showed up a bit after 10:50 with the food. I asked the driver how long he had the food in his car. He said it has only been 10min. Well I check the temperature in front of the driver and I asked him to feel the food to show him that it’s not hot at all. I still accepted the food signed for it only because I’m thinking they are not going to reverse the charge and if I refuse the food I’ll be stuck with a charge and NO food. Sure enough the food is warm, fries, onion ring, jalapeño poppers are just soggy not one crunch out of anything. This will be the last time I ever order from here. I’m stuck having to warm up the entire food to try and enjoy it. Food doesn’t have much taste either. If you can’t handle a Sunday “rush” maybe its time close up shop.
