Had a horrible experience June 17 I made an order for dinner/pick up. I had ordered nachos with steak and chicken along with torta, and 2 tacos, and large horchatta. I was very disappointed that the cook messed up my order I got chicken only nachos. I called and ask if they can resolve the issue Either they deliver my correct order and take back what they gave me or they reimbursed me the cost of nachos. The lady insisted that I return the nachos for refund. I said I will when the delivery guy comes with my correct order. I live towards harlem from the 59th & Pulaski location. She said "NO" they don't deliver. She said if I drive back that she would give me a refund and correct order of nachos. I told her i wanted my whole order re made cuz at this point its all cold. I did end up driving back to restaurant , when I got there she said that my options was 1. Get a refund for nachos and return it or 2. Give me my nachos correct. I told her both i wanted to be reimbursed for the cost of nachos and for them to make my correct order that's what she agreed over the phone if I drove all the way back there, she said no we dont give free food. I told her that crazy they got my order messed up that I PAID for. Then said I'm not begging for free food I just want to be satisfied and compensate for this huge inconvenience and ruined my dinner. I told her you rather lose a customer then try to satisfied me cuz the cook mistake and that you couldn't do anything unless i went back. At this point all my food is cold so I said just give me a full refund and i will not be a returning customer. She then gave gave me a refund minus for the drink cuz my Bf sipped on it when he first picked up the order not knowing this was gonna happen. I told her to stop playing with me I want a FULL refund of my food that i PAID for and take back all the cold food. Amazing how they didn't make it right with me as a customer that had to put dinner on hold cuz she insisted I return the nachos. Sad thay they rather lose a customer. After that I was angry lost my appetite and dinner was ruined....
Read moreUnfortunately this place has gone down by food and service. To try to keep it short, on 9/14/24 @ 4:25p I ordered 2 steak nachos to go, no beans. The chips were stale and beans were included. Guac & sour cream was too which was odd as to why wouldn’t it be placed to the side as those as usual enjoyed chilled, I digress though. Anyway, I called immediately (4:33p) to inform them of the stale chips, I was asked if I wanted to bring the food back right now. I was too far in my commute and would’ve have been even more inconvenienced had I turned around. I stated that I could come next day and was told “sure no problem just being my receipt”.
I got sick and was quarantining until today, 9/17. I stopped at the restaurant in hopes of redeeming any offer to make it right reiterating my experience & the situation. The waitresses at the front desk keep talking back and forth with each other in Spanish and then one asks me “when was this order taken?” I stated Saturday the 14th (dates on the receipt as well). One waitress then goes to the back of the sitting area I guess to speak with the man in charge. That waitress comes back started speaking to the other waitresses again in Spanish and then one turns back to me saying “sorry, it would have had to be the same day for a remake of this order and the server who took your order is not here today”. The server who took my order was actually the lady standing next to her/the one that went to go speak with the man in charge, she denied it was her.SMH. I then stated I understood that this is a couple of days later, however, this isn’t what I was told on the phone plus my order was made incorrectly and I was sick. Heck, I still looked and sounded sick while there! $30 down the drain, we really tossed those nachos. Lost another customer.

Read moreI came in with my family of 4, sat down as they suggested and waited to be serviced. They gave us chips after 5 minutes of waiting with the menus. It didn't come with any of the salsas so it was a bit difficult to enjoy them.
After waiting an additional 10 minutes to just get my order in I started to try to flag the waitress down and was just told we are busy, we'll be with you shortly.
They are clearly understaffed and not at all paying attention to who's coming in first and in what order. After seeing 4 other tables get their orders in and me and my kids waiting patiently I tried to flag them once again.
At this point it was over 20 minutes of just sitting there. Again they walked right past me and said they'll be with me shortly.
In the end I told my wife and kids we are leaving. I used it as a lesson to teach my kids that when a business doesn't treat you with respect the best thing you can do is just leave and no longer give them your time and money.
We got up and walked across the street to "La Hanciendita Taqueria" Restaurant. Nobody even said anything as we walked away, that's how little they even cared.
Luckily the food across the street was way better and we got serviced within 30 seconds of sitting down.
We got our food after a mere 8 minutes and it was amazing. If you are reading this go to the Mexican restaurant across the steet for better food and service you won't be dissapointed.
