A Vibrant Fiesta of Flavors at La Haciendita Taqueria. La Haciendita Taqueria is a hidden gem that brings the heart and soul of Mexico to life through its vibrant ambiance and mouthwatering dishes. The moment you step through the doors, you are transported to a rustic haven with a distinct Mexican touch, creating an atmosphere that is both warm and inviting. The decor of La Haciendita Taqueria perfectly encapsulates the essence of a traditional Mexican hacienda. Earthy tones, wooden accents, creating a cozy and authentic setting. The lively atmosphere is further enhanced by the joyful vibes that permeate the air, making it an ideal spot for a casual gathering or a lively celebration. The food at La Haciendita takes pride in offering a menu that showcases the rich and diverse flavors of Mexican cuisine, and my dining experience was nothing short of a fiesta for the taste buds. I had the pleasure of trying the Asada Sopes, and they were an absolute delight. The dish featured succulent pieces of arachera, expertly grilled to perfection. Each bite was a burst of flavor, with the charred edges adding a delightful smokiness. The sopes were topped with crisp lettuce and a juicy slice of tomato, adding a refreshing contrast to the savory meat. The arachera was not just grilled meat; it was a symphony of well-balanced spices that danced on my palate with every mouthful. The combination of textures and tastes in the dish showcased the culinary expertise of the chefs, making it a memorable dining experience. The portions were generous, ensuring that every diner left satisfied. The friendly and attentive staff only added to the overall positive experience, providing excellent service that complemented the festive atmosphere. La Haciendita Taqueria is a must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic Mexican dining experience. From the lively decor to the flavorful dishes, this taqueria has successfully captured the spirit of Mexico in every aspect. Read moreMy daughter came from San Francisco this weekend and she wanted to eat authentic Mexican food that had some quality and were affordable. We heard about La Haciendita Restaurant 5924 S Pulaski Rd Chicago, IL and we were not disappointed. We arrived there without a reservation, we were told that it will take 20 minutes to get us a table for the six of us and the waitresses took my phone number to call when the table were ready, ten minutes later a phone call was telling us table was ready. We order Langostinos en salsa de la casa as appetizers and there were very good, later on after we order our food the owner Hector came by to said hi and welcome us to the restaurant. Our food was very delicious and since we share portions of our food we were satisfied with the exquisite taste and texture of the Cecina with Nopal Asado, Pollo Azteca, Tacos de lengua, azada y Nopal Azado, Menudo and Chilaquiles con huevo “deliciosos todos.” Oh almost forgot to mention the Empanadas en salsa de Morita were so delicious, los elotes asados y las Flautas de chorizó…“para chuparse los dedos.” Excellent service from the waitress and the home made “aguas” also pretty good, would recommend the Jamaica flavor as my favorite. Thank you Hector and crew for taken care of us in La Haciendita Restaurant. We...
Read moreMy job allows me to travel to different cities, threrefore l take advantage of exploring new eateries in each city. This place is legit! The food is good! It’s a small place, Saturday & Sunday’s it might be a wait. I prefer to sit at the bar, one is able to see the kitchen/cooks and the fresh food being prepared. The staff is very attentive at the bar & at the tables. On my recent visit at the bar, Santiago waited on me. He wears several hats… bartender, waiter and social greeter. He has great energy with his customers, wait staff and cooks. His bright smile and personality filters over to his coworkers (I have worked in the Customer Service industry for 38 years, it’s great to see the hospitality service is still alive!). I have had the following for breakfast: the Breakfast Enchiladas with Salsa Verde are delicioso! For dinner: Ensalada Quinoa and Tacos Al Pastor & Carne Asada on homemade corn tortillas the bomb! As mentioned before, when ones sits at the bar one sees the food being prepared and the plates that l see ALL looks worth trying. I highly recommend this restaurant for fresh mexican food and friendly...
