Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Township

If I can review this place 0 stars I totally would. I do not recommend this place at all. Worst and most weird service ever. I don't understand how did Karla got the manager position. It's like she was lost on her own world. A little bit of my experience......I called to place a delivery order. She then says we are only doing credit card payment. I'm like that's totally fine. I gave my order etc, then asks for my credit info which I did provided then she says delivery will be in an hour/less then an hour. I then say thanks. Few minutes later she calls back and says that I never did a payment that I told her I was going to call back for payment. I'm like what is she saying, I just checked my transaction and it says pending, meaning I did my payment ove the phone. I then told her I'll be going right now to the store and show her the transaction. I went and showed her the transaction and she then says this transaction was made on July 6, in my mind I'm like it is July 6. She doesn't even know what Day she in. I made the delivery at midnight being July 6. Her energy was totally off unprofessional not helpful. I was a pissed and hungry customer, in my mind I'm like what is she talking about I did do my payment. Then the driver wants to tell me to relax all tough, so unprofessional this place. I have proof of everything. Very disappointed with the location and the service. I told her I don't want the food anymore I just want a refund. She then apologizes and gives me a void ticket so I hope I don't get charged with no food in my stomach. I DO NOT...

I’m happy they’re in my area. They’re new to the neighborhood. The people who work there are very friendly. I’ve had service from 2 young ladies who wear glasses, an older talkative Hispanic man and another nice man of Indian/Arab decent. All of them were very polite to me. Not to mention, the two girls are kind of cute lol. The food itself is delicious. The pizza has a hint of sweetness to the sauce, and the crust is cracker thin. Their french fries were also very good. Their chicken was nice and crispy very flavorful and their salad was very fresh. Since they’ve been open the last couple of months, I’ve gone here at least a few times per month. This is the closest pizza place to my home. Their wings are really good, way better than wing stop. Their pizza taste and it be ready for pick up as soon as I get there. My problem with this location is that I keep ordering extra cheese on my pizza, and they never put it, and they still charge for it. The fries are almost 5 dollars, and they put such a small amount that it leaves you feeling ripped off. I ordered a small pizza with italian beef and it had a minimum amount of meat and one of the slices only had giardiniera peppers, no meat at all! If I go back it'll only be for the wings or a...
