Subway — Restaurant in Lake Township

I placed an online order for pickup and the guy that works at night told me that he didn’t have any recipe with the pickup under my name and I showed him about 4 times my recipe on the subway app. He called his manager with a attitude and then passed the phone to me and the manager asked for the order number so I gave it to him and he said “it’s not coming up on my side” which I’m sure he was lying since it was already past 11pm I’m sure he was at his house. Then I asked the manager if I was going to receive my order or not since I was showing the guy working there my order, he told me yes and then I gave the phone backed to the guy working there. The guy working there was touching his PRIVATE AREA as he was on the phone with the manager, he hanged up and DIDINT wash his hand just proceeded to ask me what was my order and make my order with an attitude while saying “next time no recipe no order for you” and he kept going to the back part of the place and even to THE BATHROOM WITH THE SAME GLOVES HE WAS PREPARING THE ORDER WITH AND DIDNT CHANGE THEM. Then as he was finishing up I told him I had ordered cookies as well as I showed him the order on my phone and he rolled his eyes and said the same thing again “next time no recipe no order for you” so at that point I had taken enough and I told him there was no reason for him to take out his anger towards me since he was blaming me for the recipe not coming up when clearly it was the computer and the recipe machine...

Horrible experience. I ordered their Pizza and once everything I wanted was placed on the pizza it was placed on a dirty oven tray that had dried bits of meat and burned cheese on it. Not to mention whatever cheese was on the counter the worker picked up and put back into the mozzarella container and put back into the refrigerator. Absolutely disgusting! Not to mention the the young man that was working New Year's Day at around 2 had a very nasty attitude and was extremely aggressive. I had a seat while my pizza was being cooked and three more people came in he took their orders and when my pizzas were out he said pizza is ready I said okay and before I could turn around to pay for it he looked at me and said aggressively again pizzas are ready are you going to come up and pay for them or not? I will never go there again the next time I favorite restaurant El taconazo is closed I will just go home I will NEVER spend my money at this...

the place is poorly attended, the tables dirty and the customer service is terrible, I went to eat during my lunch break and I had to clean my table to be able to sit down, I was the only one eating there, I made a call and I was talking and I put the speaker on while I was eating, and it turns out that the employee there was upset that I was talking like that, because she told me to shut up with a customer who came in, she told him to tell me to shut up, to lower my call volume, I wasn't talking loudly nor was the speaker very loud,,, but it bothered them, in fact they had music louder than my call, I don't understand their attitude towards me,,, really very bad, but I will not go to that subway on 59th and Kedzie again, horrible experience!
