DO NOT CONSUME ANYTHING HERE!!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOW QUALITY PLACE!!!!!! IT'S PLENTY OTHER HIGH QUALITY PLACES THAT HAVE BETTER FRUIT AS WELL AS AUTHENTIC AÇAI!!!! BEWARE!!! This place changed their formula, manufacturer and quality completelyyyyyy up!! It's so cheap tasting and it isn't the same as before when they were just about the only place selling "authentic" açai bowls. It Melts sooo FAST, (gives artificial), and its sooooooooo damn sweet. Its sugary soup literally! I'm sure this is on the top of the list of "NONE NEGOTIABLES" When it come to someone who's Diabetic. What are you guys really selling?!!??!!!? I gave this place so many chances. (shame on me) I'd give them a break to get their sh*t together, (I mean like a 1 month hiatus) get my crave elsewhere, come back and it'll STILLLL be disappointing AF! To top things off TODAY I found a hair in my bowl. And the "peanut butter" is obviously of cheaper quality. (Look at my pics and then look at older pics of the same bowls. EDIT: (original below) Someone from Deep Purpl reached out to me to let me know the machine was down and that was why the store was closed early. A sign would have been helpful, but understand that things happen. They offered a free bowl, which was very nice of them. I went again and I like that you can get as many/few toppings as you want and the acai was a good consistency. I agree with another reviewer that the star off is because it comes in a cup and not a bowl. They layer the toppings and because the container is tall, versus wide, you can't really mix the toppings without it getting messy. I ended up with a bottom layer of chia seeds, which would have been better more spread out than having to eat it by the spoonful.

Walked 3 miles to try out the place and it was closed even though Google maps said it was opened for another 40 minutes, their website has no hours, and their online ordering didn't indicate it wasn't taking orders anymore. Also no hours listed at the place. Someone else was outside also clearly confused as to why the place was already closed. Wish they would update...

I recently visited Deep Purpl, enticed by their promotional free açaí bowl day, only to find out it was a complete sham. Despite their advertisement, no free açaí bowls were available, and the staff seemed completely unaware of the promotion. This bait-and-switch tactic is not only disappointing but also a blatant lie to draw in customers.

Additionally, I’ve encountered multiple instances where they failed to prepare smoothies as ordered. Long wait times, incorrect ingredients, and sometimes missing items have become all too common.
