I've been to this place multiple times and it's been terrible every time. I always like to give places a second or third chance but this place has proven to be terrible every time I've went. First of all, being busy is no excuse for terrible customer service. No one came to ask us if we wanted to order any food or drinks, we didn't even know who our waitor/waitress was the whole time we were there. We waited about 30-40 minutes before we got menus to order drinks and food. When we did decide what we wanted, we waiting another 20-30 minutes for someone to come ask us if we wanted to order anything. No one ever came to ask us so we waited for a waitor to come to a nearby table to ask for our order to be taken. When we did eventually catch someone to order drinks and food, they told us that they weren't our waitor and that they would tell our waitor to come take our order. That person never went and told anyone to come take our order and we asked the same woman again who would take our order and she eventually ended up taking it. We never got our drinks that we ordered until the bartender came and asked us if we wanted anything to drink and we told her that we had ordered drinks but never got them. Once we were done with our food, they gave us containers for our leftovers but never came with the bill. We sat there waiting for our bill for 45 minutes which is ridiculous. They never came and asked us if we needed anything else or how the food was. We ended up going up to the bar to ask for our check so we can pay. I'll definitely be crossing this place off my list of places to go for food/drinks in Chicago. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. I really hope they eventually go out of service because customers deserve...

Was a bit disappointed they have no weekly specials 'yet'. (Went to Dunlay's, down the street, last week and was so impressed with their Thursday $10 pitchers of Sangira special!) Their wines were all $9, which seemed a little steep for the area, and the pour size, at least maybe give a few choices. Cocktails are also all $9 and beer is un-priced on the menu. The Moscow Mule at $9 was delicious!!
Menu consist of basic bar appetizers, tots, wings, pretzels and a surprise tostadas with shrimp. Sliders, Pizza, Tacos, Greens and Burgers & More round out the menu. Oh, and desserts, which consist of a Skillet cookie for $9 and a mini for $4, can't hate on that!
We tried the Mahi Mani $12 and Classic Fish Tacos $10 - They were a good size and served with delicious homemade tortilla chips. I recommended getting a small side of guacamole for $1, its delicious! The tacos looked good and fresh with the addition of slaw or cabbage, but lacked any real pizaz.
Everything was doable but I the spent $50 and dining alfresco, on a beautiful Chicago night, was the only...
