I have been a big fan of Raising Canes since early 2000's. Gotta love that toast and sauce. Been a VIC (Very Important Caniac) for a while. Was able to come to this location one day before the public opening and have dinner.

Very excited about this location because only a few miles away from the house. No need to travel out to the suburbs to grab yummy chicken tenders. My husband also is a fan and was excited when I annouced that we were grabbing takeout. We arrived to this location which is primely located near to Wrigley Stadium. We were able to find parking but could be an issue on a busy game day. I noticed that the street parking requires a permit further down the next block.

Decoration at this location is probably the best that I have seen. I have been to nearly 15 Canes in four different states. After Tempe, AZ location this one is the most glamorously decorated Canes. I will also say this the smallest one that I probably have ever been in. No drive through that I noticed but outside dining was nice.

Food: We got a Box each (4 strips, fries, cole slaw, bread, sauce) we always sub cole slaw for either more fries or additional bread. I like more bread and hubby wants more fries. Husband had famous sweet tea and I made Arnold Palmer with unsweetened tea. Food good as always. Sauce was on point. Husband thought tenders were smaller than normal, however I thought they were comparable to the ones in AZ.

This location is going to be a hit for this neighborhood. As soon as ballgames are rolling we will visit again. I am sure folks will be getting their Canes before and after the game. The prices here are fantastic. Out bill was less than $20 and I had leftovers (2 tenders and 1 bread)....

I had an absolutely appalling experience at this Raising Cane’s location. In the early hours of March 29, my friends and I came in, ordered food, ate, and were getting ready to leave. Out of nowhere, a manager began aggressively berating my friend over the store microphone because she briefly spoke to us through an already open window while waiting for her Uber outside. She immediately stopped, yet the situation was escalated even further.

When I returned from the restroom and silently observed what was happening, the manager suddenly turned on me—without me saying a single word—telling me I needed to leave, accusing me of trespassing, and threatening to call the police within 30 seconds. Security was brought over, yet even the guard couldn’t give me a reason for my removal because I had done absolutely nothing wrong. Despite this, we were still forced out, with the manager continuing to yell over the microphone.

As we stood outside trying to process what just happened, security came out again to warn us that the police had been called, making it clear this establishment would rather waste city resources than treat paying customers with basic respect. When I later called for an explanation, I was met with vague, conflicting excuses—including completely baseless and offensive claims that carry serious weight behind them.

This was blatant harassment and discrimination. I’ve been a loyal Raising Cane’s customer for years, but after this, I won’t be returning to this location—or any...

The restaurant does not open early, but the good thing is that it does not close early either, because they are still open late at night or even at midnight. I went here and it was very late in the evening. The restaurant is not that busy. I admire their interior. Their interior is the first thing that got my attention. It is just basically lovely. The interior looks lovely, and the restaurant is also clean and bright. The staff are very nice and friendly. Their menu is very basic. It does not have many options. I ordered the box combo, which includes four chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast and coleslaw. I also chose lemonade for my drink. Since the restaurant was not busy, I did not wait too long for my food. After ordering, I was seated, and it took only a few minutes for my food to arrive. I prefer to eat in a restaurant because I am already famished. The box combo has so many things in it and the price is fair and reasonable. The chicken fingers are crunchy on the outside and have a tender and juicy chicken inside. It is good, but it definitely tastes better with their sauce. The crinkle-cut fries were fresh and hot too, and they were somehow well-seasoned. The coleslaw, like the fries, is fresh and delicious. The food was delicious, and I got a flavorful and refreshing lemonade, which definitely completed my meal. It was a good experience at this restaurant. Their food and service are...

I love Raising Canes so much. I used to go to one in Texas all the time and I love the one in Rogers park — so I was SUPER excited to have one closer to home. However, this one is really disappointing. We’ve picked up twice now. The first time, I ordered a 3 piece box and it came with approximately 9 fries... not even enough to fill up the little to-go box cubby. I decided to try them again tonight hoping the first time was a fluke. I ordered a 4 piece in case the fries were lacking. I got plenty of fries this time but the chicken was ridiculously small. Each one smaller than my toast... idk why this canes has no idea how to serve proper portions but I’ll stick with the one in Rogers park.

It was my first time trying and I was looking forward to finally trying based on everyone’s raves. We ordered ahead online for a pickup of tailgate package (25 pieces) with a few sides. They were running behind the scheduled pickup due to the place being busy. We didn’t want to be late to our event so my partner grabbed the pickup quickly after being asked to wait a few more minutes. Once we got to event, we realized that they didn’t give us the Cane’s sauces!!! :( sad story. Everyone said that the sauce really makes the meal and we’re really disappointed. Otherwise, it was pretty decent, but didn’t really understand the hype, though folks said it’s because of the missing sauces…

Wrigley Field’s Cane location is simply unmatched. It’s the best spot in Chicago, whether you’re there for a game or not! The food is always delicious. The only downside is finding parking on non-game days. Yes non-game days, no parking in a random business parking lot! Haha. We were planning to order takeout and eat in the car, but luckily, a spot opened up on the street. $1.50 for 30 mins! Not bad. It’s never crazy busy, but just busy enough to make you feel like you’re in the thick of it. The decor is the cherry on top! Employees are friendly and helpful. And if you’re shy they have a kiosk you can order from. Restrooms are clean and stocked.
