Rosati’s Pizza — Restaurant in Lake View Township

I agree with another person that has already said this exact same thing. The last three times I have stopped in there they have had no slices available and just tell you they can have him in 15 or 20 minutes. That is VERY POOR management! How difficult is it to tell your people that are making the pizzas to start making another cheese or sausage pizza when you see you only have a couple of slices left in the warmer? First of all you know they make more money selling pizza by the slice then you do selling the entire pizza So it doesn't even make sense economically. I placed a order on last Saturday 09/21/24 my order was not correct I called to let them know my order was wrong I asked for a refund they said I would receive the refund by the end of the business day they came back to get the pizza and i still dont have my refund. the man that answered the phone has a horrible attitude and was very unprofessional I still have not received my refund my bank says there is a hold on it from the merchant I will never order from here again they have bad business and very unprofessional! Unfortunately, we got our pizza really quick. Ordered at 8:20 and delivered at 8:45. Somehow the toppings were removed and the pizza was undercooked. It’s hard to imagine how they took the order, had it picked up and delivered fresh in that amount of time. It was supposed to arrive at 9:30 leaving us and our guests confused by the presentation. It was crushed in the box, there was very little sauce and the cheese was completely oozed onto one side. I hope this was cooked properly.. but I have my concerns based on the timeline.
