Non existent customer service
Was interested in a preamp that the seller has on AudioGon. reached out and sent a couple of messages for questions, no response.
Then called at the number provided, and left my number for call back. No response. Sent a tex for good measure. No response.
And recently, submitted a best offer price. No response. Nada. Zilch.
If this is how you treat your potential customers before the sale, I can only imagine what possible after sales service might be. If one is indeed in need of one....
