Subway — Restaurant in Lake View Township

Was here with a friend over the weekend and the place is completely infested with flying insects. My friend and I did not notice at first, as there were less of them by the sub station. They started flying into us trying to attack and we killed a couple while waiting. No big deal until after I paid and saw the swarm that was dead on the floor, on the ceiling and swarming the lights and pop station. The man working refused to give a refund after I requested one, as there “wasn’t one in the sandwich.” Meanwhile the bugs are flying down and slapping us in the face while making the complaint. I know the standards for subway are low, but this is ridiculous. Subway corporate better be ready because I’m getting my $17.87 back.

P.S. the person in line behind us was a doordasher so BEWARE where you’re ordering your late...

I used a Subway discount card at this restaurant that I bought at a different Subway location so this Subway didn't make any money or profit off of it therefore they cheated me by charging me double on my card. First the cashier swiped my card and claimed it didn't work (I think the cashier was honest but the machine was rigged to double charge the card as punishment) and asked for the card back and re-swiped the card. I know for a fact I was charged twice for a single sandwich. This happened 3 times there! The owner or manager purposely had me scammed. Do not go to this franchise, go to a different one instead! This use to be my go to subway. At one time items were fresh and you can actually chew the bread but now if they want to take care of their friends and make you wait the women took my sandwich threw it in the toaster oven and toasted and toasted till I said something about it. Then she says when I'm done with her I'll make you a new one. Her friend chimes in oh it's good that way yeah right, only if you like charcoal 😂😂. I will never be back.
