Don't rely upon the vegan wash. It does not seem they know what they are doing. I started to mistrust the shop when I ordered a strawberry soft serve filled with Nutella and asked about their vegan options, but the cashier didn't know. She went to the kitchen, and a person came back with her, saying the vegan options were not ready and that it would take 10 min to make it. I agreed to wait. The person returned to the kitchen while I asked the cashier about the flavors. She got confused at this moment. After frowning her face, her answer was “vegan.” I tried to explain that vegan is not a flavor, and then after she went to the kitchen again, the same person came back to tell me the soft serve is made of soy milk. At this point, I just wanted to pay, have the ice creams, and leave. After more than 15 min, the person from the kitchen got back to tell me Nutella, the filling I ordered for the regular soft serve, is not vegan. I patiently explained that I ordered this filling for the regular version, not the vegan one. I told her this would make the vegan ice cream not vegan. After waiting a little more, the two soft serves were ready; both of them were strawberry which made me very confused. Not because both of them had the same flavor, neither because one of them was oddly clumsy and almost fell from the cup, but because the vegan ice cream tasted strangely sour to a soy ice cream.
