Oh my God. Just ate at The Western Bar on Western. If this is what bar food is now, everyone else needs to shut down immediately. Itās over. They won.
There are only a few items on the menu but damn they do it right. We got the burgers, prawns, and buffalo wings. Every bite hit like it was trying to prove a point. The burger showed up with zero small talk. No frills, just flavor and a slap in the face. Prawns were borderline disrespectful. Juicy, crispy, arrogant little things. The wings? I saw God. Twice. Then I had to sit in silence and reevaluate everything.
New restaurants are supposed to be chaotic in a cute way. You forgive the food missing a gear because they're new. This place said no. Weāre fully formed and slightly dangerous.
