Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Lake View Township

I’ve been coming here for 6 months cose to work and I dress up professionally. Most staff are nice except two Hispanic ladies I’ve encountered myself with. Today I arrived at 7:56pm and they close at 8pm. I attempted to order 10 minutes before but no one answers the phones. When I arrived at 7:56pm I was inside and the one of the young Hispanic lady told me no they will not place my order because they are closing and already wages everything. I told her I tried to order earlier and app did not let me and no one answer phone calls. Also, why is the door open and refusing service. Another lady ANITA approached me and said she will not place my order and has never seen me before. I come here at least 3-5 times a week since it’s close to work but I was dressed causally since I was off work. She sat there staring at the clock counting down each minute and second. Her name is ANITA very rude and condescending. She also looked at my car and outside and said “oh nice car. We are both new.” Very stance for her to say that since I have been ordering here for months and have met them many times. Both of these ladies are very disorganized when I’ve ordered from past. Running out of recipes, poor hygiene with hair and dirty shirts, dirty bathrooms, no toilet paper, slow service when they work and poor communication between both of them. I asked for the manager name and she refused. ANITA did not give me manager name nor her coworkers. OVERALL GREAT PLACE, GREAT STAFF & THEY ALL ARE AMAZING AT WHAT THEY DO. BUT PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE CLEAN THE BATHROOMS!!!!! MAJOR HEALTH RISK!!!!!!! WHERE ARE THE GENERAL MANAGERS OR DISTRICT MANAGERS OF THIS LOCATION?????? THEY ARE DIRTY FOR DAYS ON END!!!! The shop give me regular chips and I asked for baked chips. I had no salsa for 2 orders of my quesadilla. I call the shop and manager offers no apology and then when I asked I got regular lays chip instead of baked the manager tells me that it’s a same thing.
