Great food at a good price. This place has been our go to Chinese delivery for about 2 years now. We have enjoyed everything that we have ordered thus far. They have good coupons and ordering by the phone reduces the cost as well.
The egg rolls are great and my girlfriend loves the wonton soup and the hunan beef. We just ordered Beef Chow Fun for the first time and it was excellent.
I've had both the General Tso's Chicken and the Empress chicken. Both have been very good, and both have very distinct sauces and flavors. (With some other Chinese delivery in the past, I've felt like the sauces have been overly similar, not the case here). The Empress chicken has nice big chunks of white meat.
They also have excellent customer service. We placed an order on Christmas day this year, and we ended up with the wrong order. We called back and they offered to remake the correct order, but they requested that we pick it up since they were so busy with other deliveries. Instead, they said we could defer the delivery to a later date and they would deliver it, which was great! (We ended up eating the misdelivered food in the meantime, the Sesame chicken was good but I personally didn't care for the Chicken Kow).
They were kind on the phone when I called back to explain that situation, and they remembered the issue anyways and happily put the order in. The food was delivered quickly and the driver refused the tip. All around, we were very happy with how they handled the situation. It's unfortunate we got the wrong order but, with how busy they must have been on Christmas, we didn't mind. They certainly made the situation right.
We'll be continuing to...
Read moreNOT IMPRESSED AT ALL !!!! I ordered via Grubhub and placed an order for a small Combination Chop Suey ( chicken, beef and shrimp) * only 2 shrimp in the entire entree, 1 small Combination Triple Family (beef chicken, shrimp) * also only 2 shrimp in the dish ??? 1 order 6 pc Pot stickers and 1 small Wonton Soup. I was dissappointed as the food was very bland and not much flavor, the Wonton soup was just flavorless filled dumplings with a few slivers of BBQ pork and a few scallions floating, the Chop Suey and Triple Family was just veggies and the meat might as well been the same dish with just the addition of bean sprout and baby corn for the Chop suey.
The pot stickers were thick and again the filling was flavorless. For almost $50 I could have done better. Additionally they did not send any napkins or spoons or forks and I requested utensils....I got 6 packs of soy sauce and 3 fortune cookies. Not at all worth the price or the extra fees associated. I ordered around 8:15pm so maybe I got scraps from the day or a lackluster or tired cook either way not a good impression for my first and last time ordering from this...
Read moreSo on Tuesdays I've been trying to support local places and order out. New China 2 I always go to when I want Chinese has been closed on weekends so I decided to order from them tonight. During football season I would go in and grab some food and always add on a couple of mountain dews. Well I didn't include any in my order tonight because I had some drinks at home and didn't think I needed too. I end up getting the food dropped off and there's something cold on the outside of the bag and I'm confused. So I open it up and there are two Mountain Dews with a not stapled to it "Free for my friend".
I know this quarantine has been tough on everyone and if you would have told me that someone giving me a mountain dew would make me cry before it started I would have laughed at it. But that's exactly what happened, I cried from the generosity of this Chinese restaurant as its such a nice reminder that we are all in this together.
They deserve any and all support in these...
