I would like to thank Michael for his customer service and expertise doing injections. He should be acknowledged for his professionalism and his ability to understand guests needs. I’m truly glad I met him and I will be committed to coming to see him for my injections in the future.

I found Michael in the Roscoe Village location when I needed errors fixed from my injections in the Old Orchard Skokie location- from Sara. When I arrived for my visit I was only client in the office, the receptionist and Sara were staring at my face asking what I needed done-super odd. Show some professionalism and have a discussion in the room with a door closed- other than lip numbing cream before you go in. I would like to first say being a cosmetic practitioner is a skill not a race and everyone’s face deserves to be treated with the respect and time it deserves!! From the moment I was in Sara's presence she was extremely cold and not friendly or professional... she seriously scared me by the way she did her injections literally stabbing me in my face as fast as she could to get it done as quick as possible. The 60 units of botox were administered in under 4 mins. I felt like an inconvenience to her and now I’m paying to fix her mistakes. Therefore because of how unprofessional that location is I will never return.

I’ve now had to deal with her mistakes for over 3 weeks and visit the Roscoe Village location with Michael 2 times to start the process to fix my face. I'm confident this will be corrected with time but I will still have to return to continue to fix these mistakes. The mistakes have left me extremely embarrassed and not confident and have left a serious negative impact on my life. Not to mention I'm in the public eye for my profession and she ruined my photos for my birthday party because of house hideous my botox turned out.Therefore I am thankful for Michael making me feel better about my face and helping me fix it- is what is most important to me now. I had a fantastic experience during my first visit to Pure on February 17. They were able to fit me in for a same-day appointment for Dysport injections within two hours of me calling to check their availability. Michael was my provider and he was wonderful. He completed a very thorough consultation, addressing my areas of concern as well as providing recommendations based on his observations. I have only received Botox and Xeomin injections in the past so Michael took the time to explain the similarities and differences between those products and Dysport. He is obviously a very skilled injector as my treatment was nearly painless and over before I knew it. I usually go to the Pure Med Spa at the Chicago location but since my normal injector Mia was not available at the time, I decided to give the other location a shot. I went there to Michael (who unfortunately is not employed there anymore) in which I learned about his departure. I went with Simrin, who seemed very stand offish. Upon being inspected, she told me that she could give me chin filler because I have “old product in” so she suggested Botox, which I hesitantly agreed to since I was already there.

I am just coming back from an appointment at the Chicago location, who told me that she COULD HAVE put product in my chin, and that she had discretion.
