Awful service ! Tonight there was a quite rude young man working there who gave attitude because we couldn’t decide what to get and it seems like he was in hurry to get the transaction done. My youngest sister is part of the autism spectrum so kept not completing her sentences and he mad faces and even rolled his eyes ! He also never mentioned there was some ingredients missing from the ice creams we ordered. One of my family members knows NO english so I had to pause many times to get the order translated and he kept making noises as he was annoyed. Nevertheless, when done with transaction I kept waiting for my receipt and he just close the window in my face and kept talking to other co-worker. Until I asked for my receipt and he just threw it at me. I have NEVER had this type of service in this place before. I understand we can have our difficult days but we should not be rude to NO ONE, you are working in an ICE CREAM place , you should fit the role. Incredible feeling of dissatisfaction and how awful my sister felt after. I hope management see this and solves this between...

I was soooo disappointed this visit ..I had been craving toppers for a few days and was finally able to get there...I ordered the tropical sundae, while it tasted awesome...I was literally done in 5 bites... The banana was bigger than the ice cream... I ordered hot fudge with it and didn't find it till the last bite. She asked if I wanted sprinkles..I said no..she put them on and charged me for it.. I paid 9 dollars for what looked like 3 little spoons of ice cream and a little spoon of mango n pineapple. I asked her why so little, she said bc of mango topping. 😳.. I didn't even see or taste mango. They definitely dropped the ball tonight... The whole sundae didn't even fill half the container....gf had the brownie sundae and it was only slightly bigger... Still didn't fill even half the lil tray.

Massive portions, friendly staff, good prices. Beats dairy queen...

Best soft-serve we've had in YEARS! But, I've had better chocolate dip.....as this dip could have been "chocolatier", but I still gave them a 5 because this seriously was the richest & creamiest soft-serve I've had in a very, very long time; made with real butterfat, the way it should be.... Most soft ice-cream these days is nothing more than ice milk (& what's the point of that?). The service was also quick & polite, the place was very clean, the building obviously pretty fun & unique, & I liked the covered outdoor seating they offered to enjoy your ice cream. Also, the price for 2 regular cones was very reasonable, with ample ice cream provided. If we are ever in Lake Wales again, or by another Toppers, we...
