The food gets four stars, the customer service gets zero stars. Not only were they lacking in customer service skills, but just basic kindness. 1. When I went to pick up our food, I noticed a side was missing. I kindly asked the person who handed me the tray about the missing side. She snapped that everything was there and then rapidly read me back my order like I was an idiot. It was then that she realized that yes, a side was in fact missing. She gave a brief, half apology and plopped the side down on my tray. She was clearly busy and stressed which I can understand. 2. My friend and I ordered drinks with our food as one normally does, and the cashier told us our drinks would be waiting on the other side at the bar. This was true of my friend’s drink, but mine wasn’t waiting there. I stood there for a few minutes waiting, and not one person acknowledged my presence, so I decided to go join my friend and have some food while watching the bar to see if my drink appeared. Twice, a lady came by to ask us how everything was, and twice I said the food was great, but that I was waiting for my drink. Not once did she do anything about this or explain the system to me about how to acquire my drink. This would have been a good time for her to say something like, “Oh, let me check on that for you.” Or “Oh, you have to take your receipt to the bartender and order your drink there.” I saw her behind the bar making drinks and taking them to people, but she didn’t for our table. ?? 3. 25 minutes later, I went up to the bar, and finally someone asked me what they could do for me. I told them I’d ordered a drink quite some time ago, and was still waiting for it to arrive. I’d like to point out that at no time did I speak in a rude manner as I’m also in customer service/bartending and have been for 15 years, so I get it, I really do. She was incredibly rude in her explanation of how the drink service works, spoke to me like a child, even when I explained that a. this was my first visit and the cashier didn’t explain a thing to me, b. the server who came by to ask how everything was, twice, didn’t explain anything to me, and c. my friend received her drink without having to do any of this. I actually apologized to her for not knowing that I had to bring my receipt to the bar and reorder there. She then made me the wrong drink and sent me on my way. She acted like she did me a huge favor. As I was walking away, she told me it’s not my fault since I’m new here. Thanks! Didn’t bother mentioning my drink order was wrong as I didn’t want to piss anyone else off with my apparently too-high expectations. I know it’s a new place so I hope they’ll find their footing, and should I ever go back, I hope they’ve got the kinks worked out and their people trained to be maybe just a teensy bit nice to their customers. Because the food was pretty good for all that! I absolutely hate being that person who leaves a bad review, but I felt it was justified in this case. Perhaps it was just an off day for Fuzzy’s as I’ve read some great reviews...

Read moreEDIT2: I found the email for the general manager at this location. I had to email and speak with him in order for this to be resolved. He provided me a full refund, and owned up and apologized for his employee's conduct, but I will never return.
They told me my pickup order did not go through, even though the charge is on my credit card. Once it goes through, and it will because you guys didn't realize I tried to order once, and then reordered a second time when it didn't work!!! Aka start looking up by order number, not name. So, I will dispute it since they STOLE from me. Order number: 28756282370736128. They did not give me my full order, and when I called they said they were "too busy" to address it. When I asked if I should come up there, you know since THEY screwed it up, Kim(?) told me they were too busy to speak with me in the most condescending tone you can think of. Kim, I hope you have the day you deserve. I drove up there anyway, manager was doing his best, I understand, but you handled it soooo badly. I already logged a complaint online, and like I said I will dispute the charge. If it does not come through, get your online ordering system in order so you don't make a postpartum mother who just wanted one GD taco!!!! have to drive up there and address your failure as a business in front of customers.
EDIT1: See attached for the evidence for yourself. My credit card charge, order confirmation, and the phone call where I was denied the food we paid for, denied the opportunity to speak to a manager and most importantly...
