We have been ordering from Jets for over a year at least 1 time a week if not more. We haven’t ever had an issue until today. We did a text order and the system entered the pizza incorrectly. When I I received the invoice text I attempted to correct the order and it must not have corrected because they sent us 3 of the 4 pizzas incorrectly. I called to let them know and ask us to bring the correct pizza and instead of just taking care of it the guy insisted that I did something wrong. He went on and on for about 20 minutes lecturing me. I told him I would be happy to send him the text showing what I ordered and he kept on trying to make excuses and telling me I was doing this wrong. I told him I just wanted the pizza I had ordered and since his system didn’t put the order in correctly that would be the right thing for him to do. He told me I could pick them up. I was like no we paid for delivery and the right thing to do is deliver them. He said fine it will be 1.5 to 2 hours to get them. He was busy and I was going to have to wait. It’s so crazy that they messed the order up and instead of doing the right thing he argued and told me that it was my fault. I have a text showing the correct order! Read moreThis place took my order for delivery which I just live down the road. Some guy who answered the phone stated that the order had been voided out. Instead of calling back to see if I still wanted to purchase a pizza it was just ignored. During my conversation he made no effort to find out how the order was messed up and was very indifferent about it. I waited for almost 1.5 hours after ordering to call. back and see what the problem was.
If you work in a workplace that has to deal with the public on a daily basis the one rule that should be applied is try your best to make the customer happy. This place is not interested in that rule and seems to have nothing but an incompetent staff from top to bottom who can't take a simple order from a customer. Trying to take advantage of the convenience of having the pizza delivered instead of going to place and ordering there directly obviously would have kept from this happening in most cases. However, after my conversation with them on the phone I don't think they have the ability to take an order in person either. It sucks to even give them one star as they deserve worse.
