I’m very ill and decided to order Julio’s and have it delivered for lunch for my children and I. My order was incorrect. My daughter refuses to eat it. I ordered one sandwich pressed and one not pressed, both came pressed. I ordered “no mustard please” on each order and both came with mustard. I can’t stand mustard. I called Julio’s to let them know. The lady was very unprofessional and said it wasn’t their problem and that their sandwiches come with mustard. I said, I know that but I put in the instructions box “no mustard please.” She said well, call grub hub. I did. Grub hub placed me on hold and called them. They agreed the lady is very unprofessional and said she told them, to tell me it was my fault that I should’ve told them no mustard..... then the grub hub operator says, “I don’t understand this, bc you did, twice, under each sandwich it clearly states “no mustard please.” If you have an allergy or extreme dislike I highly suggest avoiding Julio’s. They were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful and we will no longer be...
Read moreMy husband and I pulled in and walked Into order. The lady ask what size sandwich I said the smallest one they had. A few seconds later my husband ask about a combo drink and chips and we both said yes. Mine you, we haven't been here in an along long time. When she announced the total I about died. 25.00 for 2 sandwiches. I had pressed ham and cheese and my husband a Cuban. We ask why so high she informs us that a combo is a 5-inch sandwich, which that would have been great. Never once did she offer any information on anything. Well, it was too late to change the order. We both took a couple of bites and threw them out, they were the worse sandwiches ever. I felt we have been ripped off all the way around. There new place we will not tell anyone about this place. Thank God their new place has the best Cuban sandwich already in the shopping center. They had the worse...
Read moreMy first time there and I thought the prices were really cheap. It was only $4 for an eighth inch pressed Cuban. However the Cuban was nothing but cheap ham and cheese. You can tell the Cuban bread was stale before they even pressed it. Also I got a deviled crab for only $2. When I open my container it almost looked like an egg roll wrapped up that's how small it was. It was soggy and it was microwaved 2 top it all off. Definitely won't go back there again. I guess you get what you pay for that's why it was so cheap. If you really want a good Cuban go to Subs and Such. A little bit pricey but so far no one has topped that Cuban that is the best one...
