Hello,
I’m reaching out to file a complaint about an incident that occurred during my lunch break at your location. My lunch break is only about 30 minutes, and what I witnessed — and experienced — today was unacceptable.
While waiting in line, a mother with a baby who had a blown-out diaper was being treated incredibly rudely by the staff. The baby was visibly covered in waste, and the mother simply needed to use the restroom to clean her child. Instead of showing basic decency or understanding, the staff — including the cashier — were openly disrespectful, dismissive, and mouthy toward her. Eventually, the poor woman, desperate to care for her baby, began raising her voice in frustration, but even then, they still refused to let her use the bathroom.
Then, when it came time for me to order, the same cashier refused to take my order because I “looked dirty” and “probably was a hobo.” For the record, I work in a factory where we make soap and pallets, so yes — I leave work covered in dust and wood sometimes. That’s called an honest day’s work. This kind of discrimination is insulting, especially considering this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this particular cashier’s attitude.
Not only did this incident waste most of my short lunch break, but it also left me disgusted by how your staff treated customers — especially a mother in distress and a working individual just trying to grab a quick meal.
I would like for a supervisor or district manager to reach out to me directly regarding this situation. At the very least, I expect some accountability and compensation for the time and treatment I experienced. This kind of behavior doesn’t reflect well on McDonald’s or the values the company claims to represent.
Thank you for your time, and I hope this is...
Read moreThis was the only McDonald's I would go to. It seemed like it was run like a well greased machine . I never had a problem until this morning. My order was taken at 9:10 am. in the drive thru. The young man was polite when he took my order. The problem I had was the pickup . The young lady asked what I ordered seeing three other orders sitting there waiting to give to the customers but none were mine . I noticed the customer in the car in front of my car handed the girl money at the food pick to add something else to there order so it caused a slow down . Well now my food is no where , she asked to see my receipt , everything is correct , she tells me to pull up to #1 slot to wait. After about five minutes a young man brings out my food , I look inside and I'm missing my hash brown so I told him . I try to hand it back to correct it and he says he can't touch it. he gives me a very confused look like he doesn't understand what I'm trying to say so I tell he to send the manager out. I waited another 5 minutes, no manager. So, I guess this idiot employee didn't even tell the manager. So I proceeded back thru the drive thru because I'm not going inside because of the Covid-19 . The same young man that took my order came over the speaker so I explained that I didn't get my hash brown in my order , he told me that I needed to go park and come inside. That's the last straw , I had it , after waiting 22 minutes I'm done with McDonald's. I told him he can keep my hash brown and I will never come back . I'm cutting my loss of $1 and all the aggravation. Guess it will be Wendy's...
Read moreI believe there's not a lot to say about what you get at McDonald's no matter which one you go to. At this point the best thing I can tell you is a few days ago, approximately September 16th 2025 My son went there and got two large Big Mac orders with the fries the drink and it was large size and a fish sandwich, total cost was $35. That's ridiculous and if you just like McDonald's and I do like a occasional Big Mac, but I just buy only a Big Mac the deals or the combo items are I guess better than buying everything separately if that's what you do on a regular basis. But I don't go to McDonald's. There food ends up making me feel like I ate roadkill. But in Brandon on highway 60 the McDonald's there right beside Jesse's steakhouse has been there for more than 50 years and I've never been there to get my individual Big Mac for five bucks these days, but every time I go there it's fresh hot and you don't feel like you got slop or a roadkill. So for those of you that need a review of McDonald's it seems like it's moot other than the fact if it's a franchise or an individual ownership and you want to go to the extreme of finding that out. You probably would be better choosing an individual ownership. That means somebody's got a lot of money invested in that store and they need to make their money back and a profit. But the food is McDonald's no matter where you go could be slop could be what you expect but it's...
