Today is BOGO so of course as you can imagine they are swamped. I placed an online order and waited for almost 2 hours; however, they were very understaffed for the amount of orders they had. They had well over 20-30 online orders, along with a steady line of about 20 people…and only 3 people working to put all of these orders together. Having a background in retail I completely understand being understaffed, not having enough employees in general, and people calling in. Every employee here today was dealing with a very stressful overworked environment. They have been very attentive, professional, nice, and amazingly showing not much signs of the anxiety I imagine they’re having. My only complaint is that they should have handled the online orders much differently. I would have either A) done one online order for every other person in line, or B) when the line got insanely long and the online orders were backed up for over an hour they could have told the people in line there would be an X wait time and got the online orders caught up. While I sat there for almost 2 hours, along with a few others who waited equally as long, at least 2 full lines of people in the store were served - people who came in and got out in less than 20 minutes I would say. If no one else tells you they appreciate your efforts, I will tell you that I do. But hopefully this feedback will help maintain an understaffed, over busy day...
Read moreNot sure if this is just location specific but there was no doubt in our mind why it was empty at 5pm. The chicken in my taco was cold, olives tasted sour, and grilled vegetables were obviously old. In addition, the salsa bar was empty as was 99% of the drink selections.
When this location first opened, years ago, I remember everyone greeting the customers with "wrlcome to Moe's" but today we just got attitude from the assembly line as if we were disrupting their discussion. When the cashier recommended wr get a cup of queso instead of 2 sides of queso, the girl came close to throwing a fit. Then there was a debate about who was going to remove the 2 sides of queso from our bag. My husband asked for extra cheese for his bowl and not only did he not get but a scattering more, it was delivered with attitude.
As I said before, the salsa and drink fountain was practically empty but as soon as we cashed out, the workers just went back to talking and carrying on. Did Iention the place was filthy (dirty tables and floors)? I'm not sure if this location just caters to online ordering but we...

To be racially profiled is insane in the year 2024 because it’s no way you think ima steal 3 drinks and spent 100 dollars with my work uniform on.
