I had never been to this mall before. I parked at the entrance and walked all over and of course it was a hot day in florida. Decided to stop in the storebto try a smoothie. I was welcomed into the store. There were 2 staff on shift. 1 at the cash register and the other making the smoothies. There was only 1 other customer in the store. I mentioned that it was my first time in the store and trying their product. There were no questions of asked of me like what I was looking for or how to decide on what I wanted. I picked up the menu and tried to decifer on my own what to do. I had asked for a few suggestions she kinda helped me out but really wasn't to much help. I decided on an item and also 1 for my husband. They smoothies were very good. Kinda spendy. I ordered 2 smalls and they were over $15.00 dollars. I’ve ordered online twice now, and the first time I ordered, (around 9:30AM ish) the front doors were both locked even though the facility was open. I had to make a phone call for him to let me in. Turns out, the guy was in the back scrolling on his phone, and my smoothie wasn’t even ready for pickup. This morning, i walked in at the scheduled pickup time (9:17 AM) and again, a girl walks out from the back with her phone in her hand. Smoothies weren’t even made. She was very rude also and didn’t seem to understand what the online order was asking for. Step it up...

I swung in over the weekend, ordered quite a few smoothies! The service was quick and amazing! I dealt with three wonderful employees; Jayden, Keria and LJ! All three had amazing customer service! Very sweet and bubbly personalities! Even got to taste test a sample of LJs new concoction (which was delish), haha! The smoothies that we ordered were amazing; the last mango, Vinnie del Rocco and twig & berries. The only downside were the plastic cups. I definitely wish they were Styrofoam. But, all in all, amazing experience, we will definitely be returning and...
