Smoking Chanchos confirmed to provide food for our event. He showed up and then bailed out leaving many people with no food to eat. We had to send our guest over the Polk City Barbecue to eat, where the owners actually care about people and their customers. I STRONGLY urge ALL who are reading this to NEVER patronize this food truck. The husband and wife owners are despicable for how they treated us. Cowards who should NOT be...

One of my favorite food trucks. I always swing by when they come to Wedgewood apartments.

Get the birria tacos. They are amazing.

They even stayed a little late for me one time because I was running late.
