I am normally one to leave very kind and uplifting reviews, this is one of my lowest ratings. I typically leave realistic reviews and in this moment I find myself saddened by the review I must leave. Upon ordering I was greeted and asked to go ahead with my order. Shortly after ordering I was requested to hold and then the process continued after about a minute. Pulling up to the window to pay took a minute and I believe it was due to a larger order, understandably so. Once at the window I wasnt met with such kindness. It was brief and seemed a bit rushed. After paying I found myself waiting another 10 minutes or so just to be able to pull up. The van ahead of me had to pull up to the door. I found myself wait another few minutes for my food which wasnt piping hot as I expected, which lead to frustration, to make matters worse I witnessed the young man who placed my food in the bad look at the receipt and then remove it from the bag. So I am not even able to follow up with full details. Long story short I was very displeased with my service and the manner in which I felt I was treated. I hope that this doesnt happen to anyone else and stops with me. So for fast food it took me 20 minutes just to get a #3 medium, tell me is this acceptable as fast food? Read moreAwful experience at this location. I ordered my kids root beers through the drive through and instead they received dr. Pepper. Root beer does not have caffeine, dr. Pepper does. I do not let my kids have soda or even fast food often, so not only did they get sugar they got caffeine (we didnt recognizetill most of them had drank it). I wasn't aware that I needed to taste the drinks first. They also gave my husband his sandwich with no bun when we only ordered mine with no bun. The fries were so stale and they also forgot one of the 4for4s we ordered. We ordered 4 of them with 3 plain and non of them were plain. When my husband went in to have the order corrected, there were 3 other people in there waiting with wrong orders. The staff needs to slow down and focus on what they are doing. Read moreSo... where do I begin 🤔 my husband placed the order thru the drive-thru and when we got to the 1st window the young lady asked " what was your order again ? " we repeated it to her and paid . We arrive at the second window where we thought our food would be ready but the 3 young people asked " what did you order ? " again we repeated it and a few minutes later another girl stops by and ask " what was your order ? " we thought it was a joke but she was serious. it was only a cheese burger , 5 piece nuggets and a coke with a cup of water. When we thought it was all clear ... a gentleman stopped by and asked " if we had an placed our order? " finally like 10minutes later or longer we received our food. I didn't know whether to laugh or feel bad for the staff. Everyone seemed lost and confused .
