Bison Smash Burger was good, but I wish there was something to set it apart from any other burger around town. Very disappointed that sweet potato fries are the only fries available. Not everyone likes sweet potato. Also, the portion of the fries was underwhelming for 24$.

Misses had the Fish and Side Salad and really enjoyed it. Said the dressing was great. Healthy portions, and it was cheaper than the burger.

Would definitely stop by again if regular fries are added to the menu or if I'm there for drinks and pool.

UPDATE: Came back 6 months later for my 29th birthday dinner. Fries are above average and well done. Chicken wings were great. Variety of entrees at the table and they were all great. Drinks were strong. Server was attentive....

Found this place just from their Google reviews, and I'm so glad we did. They're a newer spot apparently, but had the best reviews when trying to find a place for dinner. We got a ridiculous amount of food - crab cakes, ahi tuna crostini, a burger, the ahi tuna rice, and the tacos with garlic shrimp - and it was all phenomenal. Service was great, lots of fun little yard games to play, and an amazing patio area. We're traveling from a landlocked state and we are trying to eat all the seafood we can in Cali, and this place has honestly surpassed our expectations. I was starving and past 9pm the choices in lake county that were not fast food are skinny to say the least.

I found this restaurant on Google maps and did not know that to expect.

The interior had a sports bar chic vibe but it was chill. Our server was super patient with us.

We ordered the Ahi Tuna Caesar salad. Which was utterly delicious! The tuna was seared just right and the house-made dressing was yum!

We also had the battered cod with polenta fries. Very delicious with the tar tar sauce!

Overall a phenomenal experience and we will come back the next time we are...
