Renee's Café — Restaurant in Lakeport

Came at 11:30am to place a to-go order. Asked for a custom omelet, bacon mushrooms, bell pepper and cheese for a friend. I may have fumbled at the beginning ordering which must have upset the gentleman taking my order. Phone rings, he asks to take the call, i say no prpblem. He gets off the phone then starts making salads. Which im not upset about, but he should have informed me that i would be waiting long or best service would have beem to come back to servicing me. Then i ask if i should repeat my order as to make sure the order is correcg. This is when it goes south for me. He says, well will well just see what happens (hes confused and slightly frustrated my order is custom). So im thinking im not going to just see if he got it right, so i repeat the order to him. Hes exhaling dramatically and shaking his head, then shows his lady co-worker my order, as to vent his frustration on my order as if its a huge inconveniences to them and she say under her breath "oh". And he says "yeah". All this in front of me. Then they just walk away without telling me how long the order will take or when to pay. All in all, not very good...

I leave from the restaurant because the food is very nasty and insane the eggs for the omelets is not cooked correctly the pancake mixture is older, I comment with the waitress and she said I need comment about the food with the cook and the owner comes to my table to check the food, and she said the food is good the cook makes the food again and the food looks same I take the food directly to the owner and she talks about whit the cook, the cook don't care about the food and the owner invited me to talk with the cook guy, I talked with him about the food and he said no one comes to me to make my job,I leave from the kitchen and the owner talk to me no need pay for the food but no come back to the restaurant, I think she is very unprofessional only because is my point of view about the food I never come to this place I feel like discrimination to my family because I'm are...

I went there because my girl was craving a chilli dog and I went to the konocti casino hoping I could get a ripper dog because that's what the old restaurant at the casino had and I really enjoyed it when they had it but they dont so I gave them one star on google reviews,any who i called Renee's and asked if they had chilli dogs "yeah?" Asked the man on the phone "is it spicy? My girlfriend's got a sensitive tummy." I ask there's a pause of silence maybe he's asking another co-worker maybe he's dipping his finger in the pot and tasting it himself.
