Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lakeside

The brand new Dominos Pizza at Lakeside was a horrible disappointment. I was always a big Dominos fan, but no longer after tonight's horrible experience. It started when I entered the store and no one would wait on me. Three people standing there not doing a thing, see a customer come in and still wouldn't do a darn thing. Just as I was about to walk out of the place, one of them decided to wait on me. I asked for a large pizza with sausage, black olives and mushrooms. I also ordered 2 molton lava cakes for $5.00 a pop. Get the pizza home, the thing was not cooked long enough and was a raw doughy mess. Not only that instead of sausage they put a ton of very burnt canadian bacon or ham (So burnt could not identify what it was even). No black olives on pizza and maybe 6 or 7 mushrooms on the whole pizza. Then onto dessert. Well, not good either. Molton Lava cakes burnt to a crisp as well. The whole meal was inedible, we threw the rest of the pizza in the trash. The guy ahead of me, they had messed up his pizza as well. He had asked for a pan style pizza crust, but they gave him a regular crust. They also greeted every single person who came into the shop, but did not greet me. Lousy food, lousy customer service, dinner ruined, pizza in the trash. I will never return to this location and will tell people to avoid it...

We go to this location a lot. The pizza is always hot and tasty. They have never brought me a bad product.

A few nights ago, we had an issue with our order claiming it was delivered (from the online system). However, when I went to look, there was no food. I didn't hear a doorbell, nor did I hear a knock. The website didn't update about delivery until I refreshed, and I never got a text stating it had been delivered. However, when I called, I ended up speaking with the driver, and he explained my apartment front pretty well. So now I am assuming one of my neighbors took off with it, which wouldn't surprise me as it was outside for maybe about 15 minutes before I realized it has said it was delivered. Anyway, driver had me talk to the manager. I explained the situation, and though I don't think the manager fully believed me, she was quick to replace our order and it came hot and fresh as always, in probably about 20 minutes or so.

I just wanted to say thank you to that manager. We really didn't get our food the first time. But we absolutely did the 2nd, and it was wonderful. Thank you for taking care of the issue, though it was no fault of your...

This is a pizza boss specific shoutout for Tina. I was in town for work and decided to take my break at the CVS down the street. Manager called me shortly after placing my online order and told me there were no more delivery drivers available so he was going to refund the order and give me a free pizza coupon for the future (I was bummed but i appreciated the gesture). Tina spoke up and said she'd bring the food despite not working that shift as a driver which is awesome since I wasn't able to leave.

Awesome, friendly and fun to talk to when she was dropping off my order to me. The pizza is good like it always is but this location has A1 customer service. See you next time I'm in town, dudes.
