Spencer the delivery driver, possesses the strength of ten men, I was awe-struck as I watched him effortlessly lift a whole couch over his head using only a single hand. His strength will be remembered for generations to come. He is also sworn celibate.

Would give zero stars if I could. I have given them multiple chances and they consistently struggle. Bad quality, bad service.

I had a very similar experience to Maggie below, where they just didn’t deliver a pizza we ordered and didn’t contact us. It wasn’t until we called an hour later to see what was up that they told us they wouldn’t be able to deliver it because they didn’t have enough drivers.

Then most recently I sat in the parking lot for about 45 minutes waiting for curbside delivery. I called about 30 minutes into the wait and they told me they’d be right out with it. 15 minutes later I went in and the pizza (which was now cold) was sitting on the counter. They told me they had system issues, but I literally called them and told them I was in the parking lot.

Finally, I’ve had several instances where the quality was terrible. We got a pizza once that only filled up half the box because it was so misshapen. We also got an order of boneless chicken bites that mostly consisted of bread crumbs.

Anyway, all of this to say that you should not order...

Ordered at 9pm told me it would be ready in 10min didn't make my pizza till I arrived, then messed up my pizza also the guy making my pizza was playing with toppings. General Manager Donald who made my pizza again at 9:50 I kept repeating the toppings and still did not add extra sauce and told him make lite cheese was not alot of orders and still messed up my order, went home my wife didn't like how the pizza looked returned it and Donald told me he couldn't refund a pizza that was toke to long because after I payed toke him 50min to get my pizza out, then he told me to make my order at another location and he would speak with them it's no problem, the other location told me they don't know what he is talking about after I drove another 18min and then tells me I can drive back to get my refund I told him why he didn't just do that from the beginning and he hung up on me when I explained it's been almost 2hrs from my...
