Erbert and Gerbert's — Restaurant in Lakeville

Got the Mammoth and they really piled it in! Sandwich was great, got the chili and it was quite salty, wasn't able to eat more than half of just the cup.

Girl taking the order was super friendly, but the people making the sandwich were working fairly slowly. It was Sunday during lunch rush and they seemed to just take their time with it. Glad they got the order right, but didn't really seem like there was any sense of urgency for them.

Meanwhile, the inside of the shop is small and there were maybe three parties with multiple people trying to eat and several of us just looming over them waiting for our orders to be complete with more people coming in. Waited about 15 minutes for my sandwich with just a party of two ahead of me. Felt bad for the six people that came in after me.

Took over an hour to deliver the sandwich that I ordered for my fiancee's lunch to his work. He couldn't even eat the sandwich that I ordered because it arrived well past his lunch break. When I called the shop, the employee said they only had one delivery driver available which I totally understand, but at least call your customers to let them know of the delay so they can plan their lunches around it. I am not okay with being told "there's nothing we can do about it" over the phone without an offer of refund or at least a discount for next service to make up for it. Being told "That sucks" is not customer service. I also prepaid to tip the driver which I could not take back. Terrible service. 2 stars because at least...

Awful!!! Ordered 9 platters for a large party, paid approx. $480.00 for a paper thin slice of tomato and one slice of meat. Ordered turkey, roast beef, etc., each small section had more lettuce than anything else, and what we effectively paid $480.00 for was enough bread to fill 9 platters! There were more than 300 people on site, and many took note of where the product came from when commenting to us. I've brought the issue to managements attention, still waiting to hear back from someone how they intend to make it right - we'll see.
