Wendy's was our first choice of food today, but it ended up being the last choice we will ever make when it comes to fast food until things improve. First of all, we were so impressed with the menu items. The baconator looked amazing! However, when we went to order, we ended up having some questions about the fries, the cookie, and the chicken nuggets. We needed to know if any of the food had peanuts in it or were made in peanut oil. We were told by the manager that we should just look it up on the app. We did not have internet access, so we couldn't do that. We asked the manager if he could tell us or show us the list of ingredients, and he told us he didn't know and he didn't have any information on what was inside the food. This was really confusing because he should have a list of ingredients inside that he could tell us or show us if he needed to or if we wanted to have it. When we looked at wendy's corporate website, it definitely says that if you ask for information about the food, they will provide it. So they should have no problem with that request. Wendy's corporate tried to help us but ultimately sided with the manager saying that he didn't have to tell us the ingredients, but he should have shown us something with the ingredients listed. The scary thing is our child has a peanut allergy, so we need to keep him safe from allergens. I would highly advise people if you have a child with allergies please avoid wendy's corporate and wendy's franchised restaurants. It appears as though they do not have a concern for people...
Read moreThe last review of Wendy's: I go through my local wendy's drivethrough occasionally, and allways get a burger with limp lettuce, slimy onions, and disgusting pickles. its been drowned in mayonnaise or some other sauce, ketchup or mustard, depending on whatever broken portioning tool they use. My frenchfries are cold because they have sat for over three hours waiting for a customer to buy them, not getting cycled for fresh product as they should be.
I am writing this review NOW, because I am actually in the market for a throw-away job, and I was looking at the local wendys. (im finishing some courses at a local college for engineering, I dont want to do anything more complicated). the application process for this location took me to an AI website which redirected me to a chat bot, who then told me that I was eligable WITHOUT AN APPLICATION for an interview, somewhere in MARYLAND. Now I live in MINNESOTA, I need an interview HERE. I could NOT get in contact with ANY HUMANS AT ALL, at the store via telephone, at corporate via telephone, or at the AI website via telephone. I dont think an email is worth it, the level of work required to get a job here is ridiculous, and I feel like everyone is just waiting for the wendy's locations in Minnesota to disappear, cause wow they are not doing ANYTHING with these stores up here. what a waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could take one of these locations and make it not only profitable but popular in less than a year, you guys just dont care apparently cause its...
Read moreRecieved the shittiest service from this place. At first, we are greeted very rudely at the drive thru with "Welcome to Wendys. What do you want?". We ordered what we wanted. Just a pretzel burger bun with cheese sauce on it. We pulled up to the window, and the employee opens the window and just throws the bun in the car. Wasnt even wearing gloves. And the bun wasnt in a box. Didnt even have cheese on it. We asked for cheese sauce on it and they tried to charge us three dollars for it. So I, the angry customer, very rudely threw the bun at the window like any other mad customer would do and we drove off. One of the employees then decided he was going to walk into the street and jump on to the hood of the car until we picked up the buns. But whatever. I know where im never going again. I dont reccommend this place to anyone. You want Wendys? Then go to a different one cause this one sucks. Thank you. Have a great rest...
