Great food, polite staff, great atmosphere, great service.

As a high rated guide on Google, I highly recommend this place.

Ate here twice and it's deliciously consistent. All their pastries and baked goods are freshly made in the store. Their food tasted fresh and delicious and exceeded my expectations. Food wise the only detraction is that though everything is made fresh there. Sometimes it's hard to find a bagel that is soft. This is probably due to the fact that they are not covered or sealed and therefore over small amounts of time they get hard. This is not their fault as they are trying to provide quick delicious service to all their customers. Otherwise almost all the bakery items are nice and fluffy.

The place looks very modern and adds to what is already a good atmosphere. In my opinion a few changes could be made to make the place feel more homey/comfortable. One detraction in this category is that there is no menus or signs in the place to explain how to order or what to do. (You have to pick out your bread first from the bakery and bring it to the counter) As well as there are no menus to show price details. Which can be frustrating because how is a consumer supposed to know how much they are spending for their meal?

The workers are quick and polite. They don't speak English very well but they understand enough to make your order and get you out of there quickly.

Lastly, pricing. Wow! If you take a look at the photo I posted you'll see how reasonably priced this place is! An omelette is $5 without adding any extra eggs! And a lox bagel and cream cheese is $8.50!

I would give this place 5/5 if it wasn't for the lack of pricing and instructions. But it's the perfect place to grab a bite where you're in a rush or not!

I went to the store two Fridays in a row at 2:00. In the afternoon it says they close at 3.

The sandwich bar was closed and the coffee machines were out of coffee. Do not go on Friday! This is the second they did this to me on a late Friday where they say that they close at 3:00 and they start cleaning up an hour and a half before they close. So basically you can't buy anything so just write your close at 1:30 and nobody will come. There was a bunch of other disgruntled customers there as well complaining...

UPDATE - They provided an immediate refund. Really appreciate it. Hope it doesn't happen again.

Second time it happened. The workers seem to not pay attention to the selections I make (which vegetables to add, etc)

Ordered one thing for take out, only to find out they gave something completely different from what I preferred. I double checked my receipt and they seem to mix up the tickets on the bags.

I tried calling them for a refund or for credit and there’s nobody picking up the phone lines.
