Aroma Café — Restaurant in Lakewood

This is honestly one of the worst breakfast restaurants I have been too. From the beginning it was a disappointment our waitress greeted us with food coming out of her mouth. No smile, no enthusiasm, pretty much just; what do you want?. When we got our food it was cold. The sausages were questionable if they were even fully cooked. We ordered 2 latte, we came here because my husband saw the reel-on fb it suggested the churro late. Worst mistake it was honestly undrinkable. I had to get a regular coffee which was awful also. I order a drink which they forgot and I had to get up to ask about my orange juice sense our waitress never checked up on us. We ate what we could and got a couple boxes only ended up using one. Checked out our bill was 106$ I was shocked as to how much a thing extra was including getting charged for the to go boxes. All in all pictures and videos of this place look good but it’s far from that. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY COMING HERE FOR OVER PRICED PLAIN FOOD, DRINKS AND PAPER...

If the owner see this review he needs to talk one of his waitress first of all my husband and I was looking for good coffee shop and we found this place one of the waitress that took our order was RUDE!! When she took our order I ask for street Taco and I didn’t know first of all that I cant pick different meat i told her 2 pastor and 1 chicken and 1 asada when she responded to me shes rude not nice and insulting inappropriate look and she said I cant do different flavor but rude response and rude looking at me and thats not great experience at all I didn’t get her name but shes the tall anyways she needs to know how to be nice to her customer this experience is not acceptable and definitely not going back at this place. My boyfriend and I go here every week because the chilaquiles are so good. So friendly and great atmosphere. Definitely the highlight of my day. Also the lavender chai I get here is so good. *Update 04/05/24: im super disappointed on how the price went up but the quality of the food went down. The chilaquiles have been tasting different. We tried a breakfast skillet and it was mostly onion. The breakfast burritos are good but for the size it is not worth almost paying 10 dollars. Im so disappointed because this used to be my boyfriend and I's go to spot but now its no longer worth going. The iced chai I always get also went up in price but they only have a 16 oz as the biggest size , i feel like i can go to another coffee shop and get a bigger size for the same price.
