BUYERS BEWARE AND WATCH OUT!!!!
Came in to test drive a Mazda CX-5. Max was very professional throughout the entirety of it and even stayed after hours to help out. We ran a few credit applications to see which would Be the best offer and we left the dealership knowing we have many options to choose from.
No problems so far. I took the keys of the vehicle back home on accident as I had left them in my pocket after the test-drive. It’s the salesman’s responsibility to ensure dealership property is back after a test drive, but I acknowledge my mistake and came back as soon as I could even with 2 angry phone calls we received from max.
Otherwise, I was happy with everything so far and was ready to make the purchase alongside the family I’ve been helping and representing throughout this process. However instead of financing, we decided we were happy enough with the car to completely pay it all in cash!
I asked for a better price in cash, and unfortunately we couldn’t even budge a little bit. They just looked at me and nodded no in all seriousness not valuing the time I’ve spent there so far, and the fact that I will pay off the entire car in just one payment.
I seriously would’ve been happy with just 500$ off a 25,000$+ car! Everywhere else I’ve went gave us at least that much. But the true colors were showing, and it seemed they did NOT want to give up this car in all cash and insisted on us financing it.
I took precious time out of my day for 2 days and left my job just to in the end be left with 0$ off a ALL CASH OFFER! But that’s not the problem, maybe prices are firm? That’s FINE! They seemed frustrated with me applying for a credit application the day before and then changing my mind to do a cash sale instead and they didn’t hide it very well. It’s perfectly normal to consider your options as a customer.
I left a 1-star review earlier and let me tell you. This place CANNOT handle criticism!!! They went as far as calling my employer and asked to take the review down and called the family I was representing saying that i deliberately took the keys home even though I brought them back as soon as I could the next day! The dealership invited them in without my presence even though I’ve been the one representing them this entire time. So here I am once again with an even more detailed review of my terrible experience here. I would’ve expected a dealership of this caliber to at least be able to handle some feedback. This is a HUGE INVASION OF MY PRIVACY!!! and very shameful to call my employer and ask to take down a review. When my employer information isn’t even in their system but simply something I felt comfortable sharing with them and they turned it against me!!!

Read moreOne of the best experiences I have had at any dealership I have been to. My first experience was at the Blue store where I went to check out a 4Runner trail that had all the bells and whistles. Unfortunately it was sold before I got there. My fault for not calling! But all this said Gabe sat me down and we talked about what we would be using the 4Runner for. I gave him some scenarios and he was actually trying to down-sell me from an upper trim level. At that point I knew my next vehicle would most likely be from Urban Motors. I never experienced a sales person actually trying to get me into the right vehicle rather than trying to get me into the highest trim level. Fast forward three months since my wife and I were waiting for the right 4Runner. We did try other dealers but no one wanted to make a deal. Well the right 4Runner came up and I quickly contacted Gabe. Even though he was at the Blue store he reached over to the Red store and talked to Andre. Not long after I was at the store making a deal with Andre. After the test drive I found a few things of concern and Andre happily took care of them! Even had a problem after the purchase (a few hours after) and Andre said they had it covered. I never in my life experienced this level of service and so thankful I stumbled across this dealership. Now I tell all my friends and coworkers to check them out if they are in the market for a used vehicle or a used specialty vehicle. Read moreLast weekend my daughter and I went to Urban Motors Red to test drive and purchase a 2011 Honda CRZ. We'd been working with "G" leading up to this day. G was very straight forward and provided all the information about the car I requested. When we arrived for our appointment the car was sitting right out front and G was ready to show it to us. We were test driving it within minutes. We knew pretty quickly we wanted it. We had a couple concerns (needed wipers and wiper fluid in order for us to drive it home over the rockies). Niko picked up and replaced the wipers and filled the fluid while we completed the paper work. The whole process was efficient and no stress. It truly was "hassle-free" as advertised. There's no dealership fee (we paid asking price plus tax); because of this they offered an optional add on of $800 for a theft protection package. I was worried that we'd be pressured into this and opting out wouldn't actually be an option. I was relieved to find that it was no problem to opt out. Based on our experience I'd definitely recommend this dealership. We bought a used car that's 13 years old with 97000 miles on it, so I don't expect it to be perfect. Car seems great.
