Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Lakewood

Walked in and the 2 guys at the counter seen us and immediately turned and walked away and stood at the other end talking about personal stuff. No greeting, nothing and continued to ignore us. The other guy that was running around doing stuff, was the one that greeted us and took our order. He was very nice and brought our food out to us as well. The restaurant was gross and all of the trash cans were overfilled, even though there was one other customer in the store. One of the guys who originally ignored us, kept stopping his coworkers to have them watch videos on his phone, while the other finally started helping customers at the counter. The phone guy eventually started taking out the trash and kept stopping to talk to his coworkers again. Finally after 20 minutes he emptied the trash, but didn’t put any bags in the bins. We waited another 20 minutes for bags to be put in the bins, to throw away our trash. We finally just left our trash on the table and left because we didn’t want to wait anymore. I hate seeing people that are more concerned with there phone and chatting with their coworkers, rather than greeting a customer (even if they can’t help them) or doing the work they were hired for, especially when a restaurant is as...

Never go here! Dont do it at! Never anytime past 4pm they hire the rudest people.

I swear I have never been treated so poorly in my life!!!!! They're rude, immature, unprofessional and must not be able to read. First off they locked the door at 9:30pm they are supposed to close at 10pm. The business closes at 11pm. But don't go there unless you want old grease covering everything. They don't clean anything except the floor. And that's asking alot.

I placed an order online for pick up and walked up when the app said it was ready. The door was locked. I waved to the staff, they saw me and tried to hide behind the counter it was 9:35pm. I walked to the drive thru window and the very rude woman told me "we can't help if your not in a car." I told them I ordered online and was told to pick up in the lobby. This child yells over the intercom "I told you we aren't gonna help you unless you're in a car!!" After being very polite, I said I just need to pick up my order, it said it was ready for pickup and I don't care if you locked the door early. I just want to get the food I paid for. They called the police!!!! The officers were confused about it too. And they refused to open the window to speak with...

Customer service is awful. We went through the drive around 7:20ish PM January 1st, as we pull up to the window to pay the guy just stared at us, no hello no total, we ask for the total and pay, he hands us our drinks and walks away. While waiting for our food, the gal bagging the orders, reaches into her back pocket to grab her phone, is messing on her, puts it back into her pocket and starts reaching to grab fries to put into bags... then reaches back into back pocket and messes on her again and then again proceeds to bag more food. Maybe it is just me but that doesn't seem very sanitary when you're dealing with food. We were then handed our food, napkins stuffed into the top of the box, we ask for the boxes to put in a bag as we ordered multiple boxes and seems easier than having boxes of food moving all around while driving, the guy had no problem getting us the bag, the girl with the phone had gotten an attitude about us asking for a bag. And the napkins we weren't able to use as they were covered in grease. The customer service here needs a lot of work, and the service is very slow maybe because their too busy on their phone rather...
