China Express — Restaurant in Lakewood

I spent over $50 to feed my friends and family their food on a takeout order. Everything was good, good as usual, except for the order of Pork Lomien Noodles. It smelled sour when I got it home (5 minutes after I picked it up). I tasted it and the meat was rancid. I've been a customer of their's for the past year and I've never had a problem with their food. I returned to the store with the Pork Lomien noodles thinking that I was doing them a favor by alerting them to the problem so they wouldn't serve it to anymore of their customers. When I explained the problem to the manager, she refused to smell the lomien noodles. She refused to give me a refund for just the pork lomien noodles and she refused to make me another order. I told her that her attitude was uncalled for and she dared me to call the Health Department because in her words "we make everything fresh!" I told her that she was being ridiculous and that I would be making a complaint and she said "f@#k you! Get out my store!" I don't know what her issue is, but I will never give them another dime of my money....

Not up to their usual standards tonight. Wasn’t busy, placed order online through Beyond Menu as usual, at 2:23 pm. My husband went to pick it up, it was all ready to go at 4:35 pm. I asked if maybe they were busy tonight because of the holiday, he seemed to think it was pretty normal for a Thursday night, plenty of staff in the kitchen and no other orders waiting. We unpacked the food, no condiments, no crunchy noodles like we normally get with our wonton soup from them. Appetizers for 2: everything was dried out like it had been made the night before. Soup was so-so, piece of bone or gristle in the wonton made me not want to eat more. Hoping this is a one-off for them. My husband doesn’t want to get food from them...

I order here a lot and I ordered the general tsos chicken man I don't even know if it was food it was horrible and I complained n called n they told me oh well basically ... ewe!

UPDATE: I GAVE THIS PLACE ONE MORE CHANCE, FIGURING MAYBE IT WAS A BAD NIGHT AND THEY DELIVERED MY FOOD IN A HOUR WITH WON TON SOUP DRENCHING ALL OF MY CHICKEN FRIED WINGS AND NUGGETS, I CALLED AND SHE TOLD ME DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN LOL WTF ARE U SERIOUS? AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! NOW ITS OFFICIAL DO NOT ORDER HERE THE LADYS A TOTAL IDIOT, HOPE THEY DO OUT OF BUISNESS SOON, AND I USED TO ORDER HERE ALOT, JUST PRAY THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH UR FOOD CUZ IF U COMPLAIN THEY DONT...
