Order in the app (check 1020037) said it’d be ready at 6. I get in the parking lot and get a message that they’re running behind. No problem. I go to Walmart. After I check and they still don’t have my order. I wait an hour and get a message that my order is ready. Then I go where pickups orders are supposed to be. There’s a sign that I have to ask the cashier. I’m not going to wait in line and go straight to the cashier who acts like he doesn’t notice me. I ask for my order he gives me my bag. I get home and my order isn’t correct. My wife’s order was fine but they ripped me off. I ordered extra of almost everything and including rice, beans, chicken, mild tomato, medium corn, medium green, hot red, cheese, lettuce. They only put rice, beans, sour cream, lettuce and a smaller serving of chicken than in my wife’s. I’ve included pictures to show they ripped me off after being charged extra for everything and not even putting a single serving of what I ordered.

Read moreI witnessed the female employee dip the thermometer in one of the meats, I believe it was the chicken or the steak. She wiped it off with a napkin and then moved onto checking the temp of the lettuce. She went from item to item barely wiping each with a non sanitized, dry, napkin. It appeared to be just a regular Chipotle napkin or paper towel. It was dry as the desert. She forgot completely to wipe it a couple of times when going from one item to another. I completely lost my appetite.
I'm very weary eating this burrito now that I know my food has had cross contamination and traces of other food that I do not like.
Isn't this a health code violation? You really need to make sure you are training your employees properly and abiding by health code regulations. Do you not have proper sanitizing wipes to properly use? The employee barely spoke English so I'm not sure if she is aware of our higher emphasis on health food safety in this country and that we don't appreciate possible food poisoning.

I sat down and took our food out of the bag while I waited for my husband to get out of the restroom.
