The service at this location is horrible. I have been going to qdobas across Denver for 20 years and I have only ever had a problem with the service at this location. Today right before 1 pm, I walked-in and placed my order to go. During that process, the man behind the counter would not stop criticizing my order and telling me he wouldn’t put the salsas I asked because it would be “too wet” and he would have to charge more. All I asked for was a scoop of each salsa for my nachos which I had the chips on the side. He then proceeded to give me a half scoop for each salsa that I asked for. I visited this location a couple weeks earlier and had a similar experience with a different employee. The employee completed the order that I asked for, But made comments about the salsas that I asked for. Qdoba employees are not paid to comment about people’s orders and aren’t paid to police people’s orders. Additionally, the girl at the cash register was there both times and she is clearly new and has no idea what she was doing. I asked for my nachos with the chips on the side and she gave me maybe 25 chips for my whole meal and I had to ask her to give another scoop of chips. I have never had this issue eating at qdoba in the Denver metro for the last 20 years. I have even been to this location in the past and ordered the same thing like I do at ever qdoba and have never had an issue. If I could give it zero stars I would because Every time I’ve gone here they mess my order up and tonight they again messed it up and didn’t put chicken in my bowl so instead of just accepting that they have a hard time filling orders correctly and not saying anything I chose to return to the store to have my order corrected and the manager sat there and called me a liar and said I picked through the order to take the chicken out so I could return and get more chicken which is absolutely crazy to think about and I have no reason to try and get one over on qdoba, then I was asked to lower my voice cause I was obviously pretty frustrated at this point so I chose to just not talk while the only one of the three girls was actually trying to correct the issue the manager and the other girl kept going with it continuing to insinuate that I’m trying to pull something shady and how I’m a liar! The manager is extremely unprofessional and every time I’ve gone in here she’s very unfriendly! I feel that she’s not mature enough to be in the position she’s in as she takes things way to personal and doesn’t know how to deal with less than ideal situations maturely and professionally!! Read moreThe service was unbelievably slow for having four people working behind the counter. There was only one person in front of us and it took nearly ten minutes to take our order. There is also absolutely no excuse to have the restaurant so unbelievably freezing. It was warmer outside by a significant amount of degrees and the temperature outside read 67°, which is jacket weather. The food couldn't even stay warm by the time it reached our table. Eating cold food when you just ordered it is disgusting. I expect to eat my food warm at those prices. And then there's the health risk for people like me who are disabled and have illnesses that are affected by that cold of temperatures. I was literally shivering while trying to eat my food. I could see another patron across the restaurant shivering and crossing their arms as well. There is no excuse to have the temperature so low in your restaurant that not only does it make the food inedible, but it becomes a health risk to your patrons.
