If I could give negative stats I would!!! I placed my order on march 7th at around 5:00pm about 25-30 min later a delivery driver shows up to my house i realize they have the wrong order as they’re getting it out of the bag (i ordered 1pizza wings and bread bites they where pulling out 4 pizzas and two smaller boxes) i informed the driver that this was the wrong order she apologizes and put the food back in the bag and says she’ll fix it (no problem AT this point) about 5 min later i get a call from an unknown number (which i assumed was someone from the store to fix the issue) i answer to find out it’s another customer who has gotten my number off my receipt because she was delivered my food. i then call up to the store and im placed on hold for over 25 minutes. my wife finally got threw calling from her phone and inquired about the status of the issue and was told that they’re aware of it and will get to it when they get to it (it’s almost 6:30 at this point) she asked to speak to a manager which they refused to put on the line inevitably hung up on her. At this point my kid is starving so i drive up there to figure out what was going on. I get to the store and they’re like we’re remaking it right now. i ask for the manager who reluctantly comes over and i ask about the whole situation. the first thing he says is we’re busy what do you want me to do? i ask for at least a refund of my delivery fee and what not since im now there to pick it up he says they’ll only credit my account 1 pizza (not the end of the world but not what i wanted) i then express concern that due to their mess up some random stranger now has my phone number and address and i basically get told “oh well” he then asks why im complaining if i got food delivered even if it wasn’t the right food I informed him i did the right thing and stopped the delivery before it happened due to it being the wrong food which he said i was lying because the pizza never came back to the store. he then proceeded to say me and my wife had been cursing at him and his staff over the phone (which is a lie and i called him out on it) at this time one of the other employees brings me my food. i ask for contact information for his supervisor he out right refused to give it to me and said “if you want it you figure it out” at this point im infuriated and go to leave and he starts making disparaging remarks about my appearance as im leaving. so in short horrible service, completely untimely, toxic behavior, oh and some random stranger has my full...
Read moreDon't order from here. I decided to get pizza last night since I had been in the hospital all evening and didn't have the energy to cook. They delivered the wrong order. I tried to call them to let them know but their phone lines kept saying they were closed. I called the store in University Place to see if they could help me, the guy I spoke to there was very nice, but he couldn't do anything since he didn't have access to their system and advised me to call them in the morning. After that call, I decided that I'll just order again from the store and leave a note letting them know, thinking they'd fix it... However, they brought back my original order (about 30 minutes later), and the delivery driver was gone by the time my fiancé got to the door. The store then called me and asked if I still wanted the new order, I said no and that they can cancel it, and he said okay before hanging up. Well, today I called to see if they could maybe give me some compensation for the inconvenience. I was calm and didn't really think I'd get anything, anyway, but gave it a shot. The manager answered the phone and I explained the situation and immediately he accused me of lying. He said that he was there and that I DID call the store and they fixed the issue. I told him that was incorrect but then he said that I needed to shut up and "stop arguing" with him or he'd blacklist me from the store. I ended up hanging up the phone on the verge of tears as he was badgering me with accusations and just overall nonessential things. Needless to say I won't be ordering here again, and if they do blacklist me, so be it. Don't order from here. It causes unneeded stress in your life. I've filed a complaint with the company. Read moreGave one star coz there is no 0 star Poor customer service Went to the store and placed an order asked about the wait time was told it’s 1 hour wait,I decided to pay for delivery,that was 5.37pm.nothing was delivered I tried calling the store after 1.5hrs no one answered the phone.I called the store the following day mid morning explained the situation ,the person answering the phone said he will try pull out the receipt, he had my full details including phone number.then he said I had ordered online now he knows better than myself.he tried to fool me saying he can’t find the order,I asked how he had gotten my name and details earlier if he couldn’t find the order.he said he isn’t able to help on phone I should go to the store he hang up on me ,when I got there,they didn’t seem to care about the situation said the money had been refunded,I asked when they won’t even call to notify me.if they were able to see where the problem was.he said there is nothing they can do and say,one of the guy said the delivery was out of delivery location ,I asked why wouldn’t they notify me he started been aggressive asking why I did buy from my nearest location.I told him that was my work location and why would they even ask since I’m giving them business ,the fact they couldn’t delivery to my work location isn’t the issue .all they would have done is give a call,poor customer service wasted my time and gas I had a 30 minutes drive to go solve something they would have done over the phone,poor customer service not returning take you money somewhere else where you will be...
