I placed a online order for 1 Large (14") Brooklyn Pizza w/ Italian Sausage, Pepperoni 1 Large (14") Thin ExtravaganZZa w/ No Beef, Extra Mushrooms, Bacon 1 32-piece Plain Wings 1 Garlic Bread Twists 1 2-Liter Coke® 1 Chicken Carbonara Pasta 1 Domino's Marbled Cookie Brownie™ Both pizza was made incorrectly…I came in the store to get my correct pizza…..The manager (Alyssa)on shift at 830pm was very very unprofessional and rude to the other co workers and customers in line….while I was waiting on her making my new pizzas, several customers came in to order pizza from this Lakewood dominoes and the manager Alyssa was managing the oven and she was yelling for some one to take the customers order that was in line….because the customers was staring at her and Alyssa said it was irritating….in front of all staff and customers in front waiting and the couple that was in line left after she said that….another lady came in and said she had called several times to get help with ordering on line and she was hung up on couple times and Alyssa said they were busy….and Alyssa told her to go down 10 minutes to the other dominoes store….and that customer stormed out of this store…. One of the co workers was asking her for help and Alyssa was yelling at her and was very rude in front of all customers waiting….Alyssa said she was there since early 8:00am that morning and she was talking loudly saying her boyfriend was blowing up her phone, but that is no excuse to treat your co workers and customers very very rudely….she didn’t care how she was talking to any of the customers waiting…or trying to order…or treating co workers rudely on stage….she was just yelling….She does not need to be a manager with a bad and so unprofessional attitude running customers away….I felt so bad for the coworkers how she was treating them…this store has lost several customers in just the 20 Minutes I was waiting on my new pizzas…I can only imagine how many other customers she treated very poorly when we wasn’t even there…..Please get you a better and professional manager…and please talk to your other coworkers there how she treats others….Thank you Have a...

I had hyped up this pizza for a previous reputation the brand had where I moved from,.shout out to Port Angeles their Dominos is amazing for delivery and carry out. I did a $50 order with three pizzas and a stuffed bread. Man...top three worst I have ever had. The lack of care and consideration was everywhere. The Wisconsin Cheese had what I would count as 2 full and 4 half pieces of feta terrible. Lack of sauce and cheese all the way around. My 2 topping was just awful. I am posting pictures and calling the manager tomorrow because if they cared tonight the food wouldn't be served like this. Lack of sauce and topping. Didn't even have the sanitary, anti slip piece of white card board. The Philly Cheese steak pizza was okay. Lack of sauce massive amounts of onions all the way to the edge. The stuffed feta and spinach bread...I have never seen anything so terrible be passed as food you pay for. It wasn't cut. It was filled with a third of what it should be. It was literally partially made. The customer service was awful. I called to say I would be late because I walked to pick it up and they weren't there. The boy grunted barely recognizable responses over the phone and in person. Once I arrived the cheese pizza was literally cold, I don't even know how that's possible. No eye contact. No response when I spoke to him. The couple in front of me went to the old location as well. No apologies. I could not be more disappointed. I will call the manager in the morning and demand a refund or new better product. If I am not satisfied I will tell everyone not do support this lack of efficiency. Too many locally owned businesses in the area to mess around when money is so tight for the vast majority. FOLLOW UP** Called the next day. The manager was great. Read moreThis is not the first time I've tryed to order online. I use to once-twice a week. A few times it will not allow me to place an order. I go threw all the steps making my pizzas, pastas, sides, ect to only be left trying to check out and there sight is down. Tonight I have been trying to complete my check out for about 20 mins going threw the ordering steps it all. And it simple will not let me... So 20 mins is a bit to long to keep trying on this sight. So know i call the store 3 times!!! Each time I'm placed on hold for 1-2 mins all to be hung up on. When they first answer to tell me I need to be on hold there completely rude!! I understand yall are busy but don't be an ass to your customers! It's simple you can't handle the rush hour don't do a job like this!! Well I finally got on the phone with someone, this guy, and no patients! He would ask an question just to get mad and impatient and talk over me. So I tryed to explain my problem with there online sight and clearly he wasn't going to deal with it.
