Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lakewood

Just stopped by to grab 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns. Ordered my one sandwich on a bagel, and the other I added a piece of sausage to. Nothing to mind bending. So when they told me to pull up and wait for the food to be brought out, I questioned the capability of the crew right there. When my food came out, it was missing all the contents of the 1 sandwhich. It came out as a plain untoasted bagel. Brilliant. I walk inside to voice my complaint, and within 10 seconds the dude who was tasked with making my sandwich yells at me and tells me I didn't order it correctly. I showed him the receipt where it clearly said what I ordered, and his manager came over to tell me how sorry he was and how he will fix my order right away. I'm not trying to be THAT GUY, but when a customer comes in for a complaint, u don't ever tell them they were wrong and didn't order correctly. Unreal. I will never go to this spot again. I didn't order correctly. Unfortunately for that employee, my receipt showed I ordered perfectly and he was just too simple to figure it out. Sorry big African American 20 something year old dude with big black von miller frames. Lol. Luckily the Hispanic gentleman named Frankie works there. He corrected my order and made sure the employee who yelled at me didn't keep yelling at me. The manager on duty was names Asia. She said nothing and didn't try at all to fix the situation. She needs to be retrained in customer relations. Horrible management. Frankie is a great employee tho. He stepped right up and made sure I was taken care of and I wasn't yelled at and told i ordered wrong anymore. Lol. What a time...

I used to work at this Dunkin Donuts for 3 days the first day was okay the co workers were semi nice to me they said they would train me and the co worker who i wont mention was training me so fast i could barely understand her so i went in the next day and two employees one being the one that was supposedly supposed to train me and another co worker were being very harsh towards me because i was making the drinks wrong like okay ill remake the drink then the third day i was constantly non stop being yelled at cause i wasnt making drinks fast enough or making some of the drinks wrong i literally was crying everytime i came home from there for those entire 3 days i was working there i was told i was going to be trained and how this place was a nice enviroment but they were wrong it was more of them throwing me on making the beverages and get mad at me when i dont make them right the first time or how i was supposedly not paying attention because i didnt know what drink they were making or what drink they needed i was always ignored when i asked a question or was yelled at for asking a question....dont get me wrong its a good place to go to for a doughnut or a quick coffe...but working there is a nightmare and the coworkers favor only certain employees for example there is a co woker who started 2 days after i started and he was constantly getting help when he asked and nobody yelled at him they helped him right away but when i needed help i got yelled out or they gave me an attitude..like i said its a good place to get a doughnut and a cup of coffe but i would not recommend...

I don't know why they replaced the previous staff at this location. But the last few times I visited the customer service is non-existent. Today I waited 10-15 minutes to get my order in the drive thru. After that time I had to go knock on the lobby door the demand my orders. My orders were sitting with the other drive thru orders. There were very few cars waiting in line so there's no excuse for the wait. Nor should I have needed to get out my car to get my orders. I know if I had not I may have been waiting 30 minutes.

Last week I was given 4 pre-packaged assorted donuts that may have been left over from the night before. Everyone of the boxes looked abused. If I had discovered this before reaching my destination I probably would have complained and asked for something fresher. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because this was one of the best Dunkin franchises in Cleveland that I've visited. Now I'm convinced they're trying to be one...
