IC Boba — Restaurant in Lakewood

I was looking forward to trying a new boba place... this place left a bad first impression on me :/

If you want boba don't come right when they open, they won't be ready even though I asked how long the wait will be. I waited for about 20 minutes for my order, which is part of my fault because I didn't look up, but I didn't hear the lady call out my name or my order at all. Places would usually remind you if you didn't take your order. There was only me and a couple that was there so it wasn't busy at all. I saw a drink at front ready, and I walked and asked if it was my drink she completely ignored me. I paused and read my order and took the drink.

What I like to do is order a simple drink to sample a taste of what this place will be like for the rest of their other complex drinks. I ordered their oolong milk tea and it was very watered down, more milky water than oolong tasting. Sadly I won't be coming back to try them again the overall experience here was...
