Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Lakewood

I will preface this with the fact that I used to work for and manage jersey Mike's. This location is poorly ran and poorly managed, and the franchise owner should have a higher standard. If corporate Jersey Mike's ever saw this they'd shut it down based in how poorly it's being ran. It's unkempt, uncleaned, and not standardized the way it should be. The manager had to pause her lunch break to help the other 2 employees, but in reality the other 2 employees were worthless. Whoever sliced the onions the day before didn't even peel them all the way, so my Philly was filled with onion peels in every bite. The employee on the grill made his lunch sandwhich then moved to the register after our order had already been incorrectly rung up and paid for, leaving another employee to finish my order and incorrectly make my Philly. This was after our other sandwhiches were done. The employee making our other sandwiches didn't even know the mayo and bacon belonged on the club without charging extra. It's an employees job to know that when ringing a customer up. I won't be back to this location and it's got me wondering if jersey Mike's is worth supporting at all, this isn't the first time in 6 months that standards have gotten visibly lower in...

I did an order on door dash and 25 minutes later I get a message from the delivery guy that Door Dash messed up the order and that he was very far from where I was. He would have to cancel the order. I don't blame the delivery guy, I blame Door Dash. They don't have a way to cancel the order once the order is accepted by the Door Dash delivery person, so I contacted Door Dash and long story short, they refunded my money. The Jersey Mikes guys were amazing. I contacted them, they told me they would hold the sandwich for me or make me a new one when I was able to get the order. My husband was able to to pick up the order after 2 hours of my placing the order at this point and not only did I have a hot sandwich, they made my husband one. I called Jersey Mikes and offered to pay for my sandwich but they refused and told me to have a great day! What great customer service! I'll not be ordering from Door Dash again, but I'll be eating at Jersey Mikes on Union when I want...

Customer service is not how it used to be! I would not recommend going to this Jersey Mike's!! My friend and I walked in and there were 3 employees behind the counter, none of which greeted us or even acknowledged that we were there. No one else was in the building. I walked up to where the cashier was and started to place my order when the second employee who was next to her looked at me and pointed and said "You need to order over there" as they pointed to the third employee. I responded with "well no one said anything". The second employee never said a word, no one else said anything. You could literally cut the tension with a knife when we walked in. As for the sandwiches themselves, the Turkey tasted like it had tuna on it. My friend's sandwich had way too much lettuce even though he said just a little bit. He said the meat tasted...
